LetsBuyTotti
Hello all, www.thisisanfield.com is currently holding tributes to Ken Bigley (the Liverpool civilian kidnapped and murdered in Iraq by extremists) as we come up to the 5th anniversary of the murder of this Liverpudlian and Everton fan. The first part of our tribute and campaign for the various justice issues involved can be found below: http://forums.thisisanfield.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=31516 TIA had asked Liverpool Football Club to recognise this important date to show solidarity with Ken ahead of the anniversary on the 7th October. In their infinite stupidity; they have declined to do so. Their snub of this and our disgust as Liverpool fans and scousers at them doing so can be found at: http://forums.thisisanfield.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=31527 We're sure Everton and it's fans here will be remembering Ken and TIA at least would like to stand shoulder to shoulder with you all in doing so. YNWA Ken.
sheedys2fingers
Good links Ken but I wonder sometimes how much of an impact of the comment this nobhead Boris Johnson made has had on our two football clubs in holding a minutes silence for people like Ken Bigley. I'd like to say none
