Noble Savage
Vinny Samways and Mikael Madar. Both had the tools but lacked passion in my opinion. Edited July 26, 2012 by Noble Savage
Keyser Söze
I always thought Nigel Martyn was quite a coup. I never really feel like we properly replaced Southall until Martyn was there, and then Howard.
Dalziel Kane
I don't remember Samways doing much at all, apart from the Only goal against Blackburn Rovers in the Charity Shield in 1995, think we only paid Tottenham about £1.4 million for him in the summer of 1994, and didn't stick around much, this was also the time when we got Earl Barrett, from Oldham I think it was, or maybe Aston Villa, can't quite remember. Also Limpar when we got him from Arsenal earlier that year, and had a big hand in the final day escape against Wimbledon, I was initially excited about his arrival, but despite a flair player and alongside Kanchelskis, didn't live long in the memory. Also, Amokachi, when we got him after USA 94, I was quite excited a little, heard a lot of good things at the time and thought we could have quite a player here. Made his name at the end of season in a FA cup semi-final, but apart from that, not too many standout moments.
