Merseyside's equivalent to the Oyster Card is launching on the Wirral on the 24th.

It takes its name from the John Lennon song "I am the Walrus"... it's become a bit tiresome having things named after Beatles-related things now. :shaking fist:

 

It seems to be sold in more shops than the saveaway (a scratchcard where you scratch off the corresponding date and can use it on unlimited journeys in a certain zone during a period of time).

 

I'm pretty interested to see how this goes, although for some reason, it can't be used during peak times.
