Manchester United, Manchester City, Chelsea, Liverpool and Everton have all been there in recent weeks. Closer to home, Celtic and Rangers are keeping a watchful eye. Several high-profile continental clubs, including Barcelona, have also sought information via their extended scouting networks. The subject of this flood of esteemed attention is, according to those close to him, taking it all in his ground-eating stride. At 17 years old, it seems merely a matter of time before Tony Gallacher becomes the latest export from arguably the most successful youth system in Scotland.
