KillaGTiR
Celtic majority shareholder Dermot Desmond is in third-place in a new football rich-list - and possible transfer target David Beckham is by far the richest player. Of course, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is at the top of the UK football rich list, compiled by FourFourTwo magazine, with an estimated fortune of £10.8bn. Tottenham's Joe Lewis is second with £2.1bn, followed by Desmond's estimated wealth of £1.25bn. Rangers owner David Murray is in eighth-place, with £650million. Hearts majority shareholder Vladimir Romanov is in 20th place, with an estimated fortune of £200million. The player rich list is dominated by English Premiership stars, with the exception of Real Madrid's David Beckham, who is apparently worth £87million. Liverpool's Robbie Fowler's property investments are obviously paying off as, although his weekly wage isn't anywhere near some of the other players in the list, he is valued at £28million and is in third-place.
