Here is a quote from Ferrari's representative: "It will be a loan move with the option to buy at the end of the season for a fee of around £3.7 million. "The negotiations with Everton were run by a bunch of amateurs," he blasted, in reference to the fact that the deal has taken much of the summer to materialise.
