No denying this is going to be tough game, especially after their result against manure but we really aren't going to romp home. it's going to be a tight game and will be decided by a single goal in my opinion.... 2 - 1 to us

Yep, definitely much improved performance. liked what rodwell did in midfield tonight and saha clearly has to be first choice striker now. Apart from a bit of a weak start to the match and the penalty claims against us which easily could have went the other way, pretty good night.

A lot of how long it takes though is probably down to agreeing personal terms with the player and getting medicals done. If its only a drive around the country then its obviously going to be quicker than if the player has to fly in and that. Although, we do need some quality signings soon or this will be a long hard season for us, especially if we lose a few more players to injury...

1. After a good season last year are you expecting similar or better and does the Arsenal result change your opinion or was it just one of those days? Id love to be able to finish fifth again this season but I can't see it happening to be honest. 7th is probably a more realistic finish but hopefully still enough to get us some European football. And I hope the arsenal game was just one of those days and will provide us with a much needed kick up the bum if we didn't need one already 2. Due to a serious lack of resources many people regard the Clarets promotion as a miracle. Now that we are in the Premier amongst the money men, Burnley have kept the spending low and capped player’s wages to 15k per week. Is this a good idea? Without meaning to be disrespectful, its a great idea. Burnley did extremely well to get promoted and keeping things means that if they do go down this season they won't have many money problems as other clubs have had. On the downside it's a bit pessimistic to prepare for being relegated without a ball being kicked... 3. Which Everton player should we worry about the most? Tough question. without Arteta, I would worry about Pienaar's creativeness in midfield. Cut that off and you probably have a good chance of stopping us scoring. 4. Are there any Burnley player’s that you have heard of and rate? Martin Paterson think he is an excellent striker. good worker rate and commitment and can score as well. 5. What position do you predict Everton will finish this season? Probably around 7th but hopefully 5th again. 6. What position do you predict Burnley will finish this season? 19th...but would love them to stay up. Football needs underdogs 7. let him go. there's no point in keeping a player who doesn't want to play for your club, no matter how good he is. Just try get a replacement. maybe try and get city to part with Richards or Dunne in part exchange or something. and i've just switched the game off. this is a complete disgrace
