Honda runs the show for Japan, I would throw money at him even if their was the slightest chance. He would be an excellent acquisiton for any team... It's a shame he will probably go to a bigger club for more money... Although big clubs might be reluctant to pay the fee seeing he has only 6 months left on his contract. So if Everton have a chance, it's before he becomes a free agent.

Stephen Ireland simply isn't good enough to wear the Everton Jersey... Wages would be too high for a player of his calibre as well. Surely Everton can attract some better talent than Steven Ireland, as we are a club who will always compete at a high level and are known to give people a chance in the first team if good enough...
