Yes i agree and REALLY want him to do it for us

But I keep waiting for him to change a game or really stand out but...................

And after a good pre season............

But then what does 3 and a half million buy these days?

  2. Davies was one of    our Better Midfielders today! He had a good game and ran at players and made some very good runs! His Passing was good aswell!

How can you say he was poor! <_<

If he was "one of our best" just underlines how ordinary we were on saturday.

At 3.5 m for me he is a disappointment when has he ever been MOM?

For a player who cost nearly twice as much as Mikel A

  3. just got in from the match, was appauled by our atmosphere today, no one really seemed to give a shit, ful credit to the watford fans, they kept going the full 90minutes,i was hella embarassed when we were getting chants such as "youre supposed to be at home" and "we only want one song", some of the time i just felt like i was the only person in the ground along with their lot having a slanging match, not slagging everyone off like im just curious as to why we didnt rise to the challenge today like we usually do,did anyone else reckon the atmosphere was drab?

The display didn't give that much to shout about.

  4. i thought he played well today tbh,not as good as what he can be but hes showing promise, thought he was one of our better players, him, howard, Johnson and neville, wasnt happy with lescott but ill put that down to first day nerves, cant always play well on your début can you?

Sorry Andy didn't rate him at all (again) And I so do wan't him to do the business

He gives it 100% but can't seem to beat his man and gave away the ball cheaply all afternoon

    Hello

Hi Rio I've got a bit of a problem...................................................

  6. Ah,  :) Slaen Bilic...with his squad number of 28...when he actually arrived.

The guy who kept us waiting....and waiting, he claimed he needed to honour West Ham, but it was really because he wanted to pick up a several hundred thousand pound bonus at the end of the season.

When he then joined Everton, but supended than he did on the pitch...went to the World Cup, play brilliant, returned and flounded at Everon. Marvellous!

We seem to have attracted them in the past!  Hopefully that's behind us now.

    :)

    CALM DOWN, CALM DOWN

Its been evertons policy not to go rumour mongering any more, which I totally agree with. We have not heard anything because the situation is not finalised

Everton have been criticised for jumping the gun before and issueing statements before all the facts and it now seems lessons have benn learned

    35812[/snapback]

But they have issued a statement. This was copied from the official site.Everton Chief Executive, Keith Wyness, has confirmed the club has an arrangement with Brazilian midfielder Anderson da Silva, even though the player will be spending the current season with Spanish outfit, Malaga.

da Silva has been training with Everton and Wyness declared that the Blues will be keeping an eye on his progress and development while he is in Spain.

"We have come to an agreement with the Uruguayan club National Montevideo with regard to us bringing Anderson da Silva to Goodison Park at some point in the future," he told evertonfc.com.

So as they made the "agreement" why so coy? I could understand if it was a secret transfer target they didn't want Wigan,Charlton,Newcastle etc to get wind of but this is supposed to be a "done deal"
