Does anyone else think that maybe DM said he would walk if he was not given money to cover the injuries to cahill and vaughan? it seems very strange that all of a sudden we are making these wild moves in the transfer market, 10m on yakubu another 6-8 on manny and now there is a link to darijo srna for 6m all very strange if you ask me, i suppose it's just part and parcel of being a blue!
Where du here that Prisoner lad? Ive never heard of this fella

You're the muppet! Put away your 'I love Kenwright' scarf and joy us in the real world!
Do one kermit I just got me telescope out and spotted u sitting on mars wanking off over a picture of warren bradley. You, like I, don't know what is goin on at the club, how much money we have to spend and who are targets are so stop the negativity and get supportin your club if you are a real supporter.

Yeah I have just seen that on a website that the bid has been rejected but they say it says on Porots offical site been rejected but can't see it and now turning our attention to Manny.
Makes me laugh that Everton bid for the player but don't confirm but Porto (meant) to have confirmed on there site that its been rejected. Would have thought that if the bid was kept quite so would the reject unless its all a smoke screen to make the fans think that we are after decent players.
Maybe there is some truth in it as its also now on sky sports news website.
Still think it was/is all a smoke screen.
Didn't bid £6m for Nugent/Smith but yet managed to get £11 for Yak
Maybe he didn't wont smith or nugent, I would definately take the Yak over them two anyday

nah we wont compete with newcastle gutted

Whatever happened to..
We don't care what the red shite say....
This is the time, however hard it comes to some, to prove it. No-one's evicting us from anywhere, we're going (if we go) of our own accord. We're Everton (not that we've ever played there if you want to be boundary specific...wonder if there was a "NO TO WALTON" pressure group in the 1890's?), not Liverpool Everton. When I was at the Wembley derbies in the eighties 100,000 people chanted "Merseyside," not "Liverpool." And who's going to tell Stubbsy he's not a scouser?
There may well be good reasons for not moving to Kirkby, but crossing an ancient arbitrarily drawn line isn't one of them and just exposes a latent inferiority complex in some Blues....or in other words, "....we care a fuck of a lot what the red shite say." I, for one, don't want to give them that satisfaction.
Finally someone with a brain talking sense get in!

Could well be someone was on another forum saying the same thing suggesting that should be where all the singers and entertainers should go to drive up an atmosphere which i'd all for it it's allowed, but more than likely wouldn't be but still we can always dream

Interesting point there Leadline, sliding roof perhaps?, Underpitch parking?, no obscured views would be an improvement, smaller goals?.
It will probably be something to do with a feature which contributes fuck all to the overall look, but may lower the cost, plastic garden chairs for seating I think. (£3.99 each at Wilkinsons)
ATB
Mac
Haha! Underpitch parking is a very good idea and them seats would be an improvement on the haemeroid inducing shite weve got now!

In the Keith Wyness interview last week regarding our new stadium, he hinted at there being possible changes and the inclusion of something that will make our stadium unique. The RS have got an idiotic plan for a new stadium but none the less it is unique, My question is:
What unique feature would include in our stadium plans to make it stand out?
(please no references to it being within the city boundary etc.. as those opions are very well voiced)
I think something along the lines of the Olympic statdium in Berlin world be quite impressive but obviously it would have to be something a bit different.

The Greatest Of All Time
Sports Radio Station Talk Sport are running an on line poll to see who is the Greatest Ever British Striker. Our Dixie who netted 60 goals in one season, a record that will never be broken, is joined by George Best, Kenny Dalglish, Jimmy Greaves, Mark Hughes and Alan Shearer.
Now c'mon Toffee men and Ladies out there, all good strikers admittedly, but they are not fit to lace Our Dixie's boots. We got Manager of The Year for Moyesy, Mikky became the Best Midfielder of last season, and Jimmy Macs Goal against Charlton was Goal of The Season, thanks to you all voting in your droves.
Click below to vote for Dixie, lets make it a clean sweep for the Mighty Blues, oh and by the way, Dixie simply was the Greatest.

Stadium looks superb to me £150 mil and not carrying the majority of the financial burden. I'm overjoyed big fat yes from me get in there!
Pompeys ground is a bit garish in comparisson and it'll be fooked when sea levels rise hope they've got some expensive sea defenses whoops!

Ive been told that the £51 million sensation could be that when Everton move to finch farm next month. They won't get the proceeds from selling Bellefield for a while because 98 new homes worth around £500,000 each are gonna be built on it and EFC are going into a partnership with a building firm turning a £10million injection into a possible £25million injection. Which to me states good business.

Rumours going around that we'll sign Defoe for £7.5million, personal terms agreed and he'll wear the number 10 shirt.
Where du hear that rumour Romey lad? I think him and Johnson are very similar, but still worth a punt.

The whole backing for my opinion & that of KEIOC is not that we don't massivly need the move because we do. It is that there are many options available and BK seems blinkered into the Kirkby project, now add in Tesco's involvement, the obvious merits for Knowsley as an area & this "exclusivity agreement" all stink.
If BK wants whats best for the club he'd be exploring every oprion in a transparent process rather than hiding behind an exclusivity agreement, consulting with kirkby residents before Everton supporters and burying his head in the sand every time anyone mentions staying in Liverpool!
I have no problem moving to Kirkby as long as it's the best option for the club and I mean that in every sense not just in terms of money.
I was told the other day that when Everton first started they weren't even sistuated in Liverpool anyway, it was only later that Everton became part of Liverpool so to me it m,akes no difference I'd go anywhere the Blue Boys go. We do badly need a new bigger and better stadium to go with our new and immense Training facility on Finch Farm.

this is a great day for football. shows that a group of everton fans have defeated the monopoly and dogma of sky's obsession for the so called 'big four'. we will rise from the ashes and become a great club as we have shown that our fans can pull something incredible out of nowhere if it means that our beloved team is to triumph.
carry on the good work lads (and lasses cant forget them)
