  1. What i'm getting at is, there is no way that this ground will ever make more money, it will have to be a sell out every week.

Same view mate really think we will never fill the new stadium not even in a derby match. Really anoys me tho is that we need to move anyway I think we have more chance of ever filling a new stadium with a 50,000 capaticy in our own city rather than kirkby.

  2. Missed out on something special. Dispite his age he is world class no doubt even the gobshite would admit to that :D . He was ace at the Copa America shame Moyes couldnt get him. Look on the bright side he's now got money for January instead of last year when he was penny picking maybe a talent might pop up in the mean time then we can get him :D .

  3. Don't no about this one could be either a drubing by Man U or a Everton win cant see a draw. The way Man U are in at the moment tho is a positive. I think a Everton win but by the narrowest of margins possibly a last minute goal like Johnson against Arsenal :D . No doubt it will be though

  4. 1914: Football journalist Gabriel Marcotti is in the 5live studio and says Atletico Madrid are yet to conclude a deal for Juan Roman Riquelme so there is hope for Everton, but he adds the player does not want to be in Europe so it may not be the best piece of business. Riquelme has not been seen on Merseyside.

Looks bad to me just seen it then.

  5. Its confirmed he has signed on loan but thats all the Everton website have to say. Come on i mean hes not that bad maybe hes bringing Graverson in until January because then he has more time to look at players. If he can do as good as he did for Everton before he left for Madrid then i would be buzzin.

  6. I think its was a typical Everton cant be ased performance. Hibbert is lost in his own little world its was his fault bainsey had to clear off the line he never closed the short pass down from the corner. Baines had a great début shame we couldnt win on it for him. Really need to improve against Bolton they will be on a high after there demolishing on Reading who Everton found very difficult for some reason. Its still a improvement on Reading though. :D :D :D

  7. No way was Beattie the worst.

Back in the 70s we signed a player from Walsall called Bernie Wright. He played about ten times, scored twice, had about four fights and got sent off twice. Should have been a BOXER cos he sure as fook wasnt a footballer, and he was soon packed off back to Walsall.

Edit..... have just googled him and come up with this piece.................

Bernie Wright, nicknamed Bernie The Bolt, was a professional English football player. He signed for Everton in 1972 from Walsall but only played 10 times for the club before having his contract terminated for 'serious misconduct'.

It is rumoured that this 'misconduct' occurred when he discovered he'd been dropped and he chased the club manager around the training ground.

Now he was much worse than Beattie. :D :D :D

Lol love the bit abar im chasing the manager round the trainin ground. This fella must av been a sicko.
