Juan Soler, VCF President, confirmed this afternoon at 15:00 o'clock in the TV News that VCF reached an agreement with Benfica for Manuel Fernandes last night. The deal is around 15 mill € for the 100% of the player's rights. The player will come here tomorrow. He'll be submitted to medical tests and, if everything goes well, he'll be officially presented.
