Just watched the tape as I was out this morning when the match was on, Ossie was the best player on the pitch looked absolutely world class. Jags deserves a mention he cut out numerous passes on the last line of defence. He could become a victim of his own brilliance in the player of the year voting.

And by the way Australian Rules Football is the best sport ever invented. It challenges you on every level. You've gotta be fast, fit, strong, skillful and extremely tough. A true man's game.

Nice one DM...I live in the middle of hunting territory (there were stag hunts as well as fox hunting round here) and was in the League Against Cruel Sports before it was banned. Was on the TV at a hunt protest once .

And to all those Cricket haters you have no idea at all. Just beause you guys have ADHD and can't sit still for a few hours to watch a game doesn't mean it is shit. There is a reason it has been so popular for so long.

If they had a market on players getting yellow cards they would refuse to take bets on Fellaini anymore. It's getting a bit ridiculous, we can't afford to lose him once every 6 or 7 matches because the race for Europe is going to come down to the wire and we need to be at our best every single game.

Whilst todays result will give them an added drive to win it proves they are very beatable. I can see us getting a point from this one.

I won't be overly fussed if we don't do any businees in the window. I think in the past month we have shown that we have the players and the ability to match last years results we just need to work out a few of the kinks. Obviously we all want to see the club move forward and challenge the top 4 and bringing players in will be required to do so, but right now I'm happy with the squad we have.

Can't wait to hear from some of the blokes at the game. Looked like it was going off in the stands after the goal. Think i saw Jamie with his gear off

My stream froze the moment the goal went in....I'd have loved to have seen the defence's attitude when City kicked off again after last week.....bet they were all 100% concentration.

 

What a result....if only we can start playing at Goodison we'll be flying.

Mike Elano almost kicked a goal 10 seconds after we scored, and Castillo was lucky not to give away a penalty aswell.

Arteta for me. could have gone to any one of our midfielders who controlled the game all night. Mentions to Fellaini and Pienarr.

Just made an absolute mess of my living room with my celebrations. What a fukin win we deserved that. That is why Cahill needs to play every week. Don't have a bad word to say about any of our players today. It's 4am here I don't reckon i'll be able to get to sleep till 7.

We are playing really well but so are they. Both keepers have made some good saves and the match is being played at a really high stadard which is rare for us this season. Arteta is playing the best match he's played for 2 years. Awesome free kick and also had a shot from outside the box that he blasted so hard Hart didn't even realise it had hit his hand. Castillo doesnt look too great tbh. Would be extremely dissapointed with anything less that a win going on our first half performance.

Vic's not fit, so not a striker on the pitch .

My dreams have been realised.

i think were gonna play a 4-6-0 with all the injuries to our strikers
