Firstly he is slow, so cannot recover a defensive position when caught on the counter-attack, secondly he is as uncomfortable in moving the ball about as Neville or Carsley- Just watch how many passes we link together until Hibbert just boots it down the line-. People can argue about him being a good tackler, but ALL DEFENDERS SHOULD BE GOOD TACKLERS, no questions asked, composure, strength and pace are qualities Lescott has in abundance. Hibbert is a Championship level player, get rid of him. He is not the most reliable defender we have- I think that goes to Yobo

How can can you make such a heavy judgement on Anichebe when he hasn't been allowed to start a game this season?? I hope you're not suggesting we stick with Johnson. I suppose Osman wouldn't be bad for another season but he is far to light-weight and doesn't have a great first touch

I feel we need to get a top quality winger and a top quality forward, and then Bulk up the midfield (Personally believe Huddlestone would be fantastic) GET RID OF JOHNSON Give Anichebe more of a chance- I think he is quicker than Johnson, far stronger and simply more of threat. Perhaps replace Osman too? NOt too sure about that one. What about Pederson of Rovers or maybe Jo of CSKA Moscow, he scored 29 goals in 51 games. Despite the difference between the Russian and British league, I feel he would be the kind of quality we need to move forward, not some ify purchases on Darren Bent or Nakamura. ****Is it just me or is Moyes overcautious with his subs?? Its always 70/80 mins, like against Villa, Anichebe had no time to effect the game, meanwhile Osman had done nothing, nor had Johnson.****

I think Moyes is a brilliant manager, he has brought Everton up from the dregs of the premier league to a position as "best of the rest". However, I'm growing increasingly worried at how cautious he is with subs. He never brings them on on 60mins, he insists on waiting till 70, even 80 mins. I realise that this avoids breaking our flow, however, in games such as the Aston Villa game where Osman did nothing, and Johnson did nothing, you would think he would show more daring in bringing on Arteta and Anichebe sooner. Anichebe had no time to affect the game. I feel Anichebe should have started A LOT MORE this season, both to help him develop and because he is so much better than Johnson(get rid off him) What do you lot think? I'm quite worried. p.s. We need a top quality Winger and a top quality striker in the summer, not some ify 3m/5m buys. I hope Moyes gets a healthy kitty and had the guts to use it
