I do not mind having him for a loan...i fondly remember him in tears when he was was shown the red card during last or second last game when we were fighting relegation! Phew! that was emotion!! His reaction showed he does not wanna leave da field and he was feeling guilty eventhough he was send off for a fair challenge in a hot battle....he was a nice guy though!

Everyone makes mistakes...give him a chance...he was young and maybe implusive with added pressure(like roonie's) from his agent to leave us....thats the past....we need cover or backup when BT or AJ or BTand AJ gets injured at a go.....

maybe he is not media friendly,...maybe he just speaks his facinations..i am no fan of him either...but i believe even enemies deserve a chance when they realise their mistakes.So why not him?...would be a good backup or a squad player as i always wonder what happens when Aj and BT gets injured at the same time...do we have cover?

Seems like Liverpool is the only team which can play long balls. We lost dunkan and barcodes lost shearer, the top best players in the air have retired since.Left with cocoroach from liverpool,they seem to be the only team proper to play hight balls..... Anyother team u guys think can do that?

Here is the review of last season..... After a fairly traumatic start to the season, Everton showed a great deal of character to put things right on the pitch and recover sufficiently to finish just outside the top 10. After all the excitement of finishing fourth in 2004-05, Everton's hopes were dashed by defeat to Villarreal in the Qualifying Round and then to Dinamo Bucharest in the first round of the Uefa Cup. In addition to that, Everton found themselves struggling in the league and lost seven of their opening eight Premiership matches, scoring just one goal in the process. In fact, they went six games without a goal, equalling a club record they set in The Premiership back in 1994. But things picked up after their draw against Chelsea and The Toffees gradually eased themselves out of the danger zone and away from the battle to avoid the drop. David Moyes' side struggled to score goals all season and only three teams - the relegated clubs - scored fewer than The Toffees. A significant issue was the lack of chances created. Only four teams attempted fewer shots than the 346 mustered by Everton, but quality was also lacking in that only two teams converted a lower proportion of their chances. Everton needed round 11 shots per goal scored. Everton also struggled to retain possession of the ball, with only two teams attempting fewer passes. The Toffees were one of the more prolific teams in terms of crossing the ball and were just one shy of a thousand centres over the course of the campaign. But what concerns me is if these two were to leave,then we need minimum of 3 defenders.Since we have limited cash, i wonder how the hell are we gonna get 3 defenders,2(hopefully) midfielders and 2(hopefully) attackers! Total 7 players with limited funds.Yes u can go for loans, but how many quality loan players do we have.Since $$$ is concern here, i hope these two stays another year.I am no big fan of weir either, but the situation seeks them to stay for another year i suppose.And i also read somehere sheff and leeds are keep to hijack both weir and stubs and that does not sound good to me!

Imagine Weir and Stuffs fail to extend their contracts with us....with the limited $$ we have to buy players, what will our defence be? Seems scarry to me when i see those newly promoted clubs can prise both the players away from us with a longer contact and higher salary !!!...So what happens next?

I just hope weir and stubbs are for a year long cover.Should we have nightmares in the first 10 games, i am sure weir and stubbs will be deployed in ctrl defence.From then on, don't be supprised if they play all season long..... Seems like we need 3 Defenders , 1 right winger, 1 attack midfielder, 1 creative midfielder, 2 Strikers ( i can't really see MCfaddy scorring that many goals..).... Seems i am more excited of Everton's transfers then the world cup!
