  1. Yawn!

Hibbo may not be the complete defender but he is anything but complacent and he would run through the proverbial brick wall for Everton

Hibbo has been superb during the last few months even when he has been called upon to play as a CB, all the Hibbo bashers must have been drooling at the thought of him getting slaughtered and must have been so dissapointed to see him turn in MoM performances from that position

Why dont people get off his back he did absolutely nothing wrong yesterday at all. Coleman undoubtedly has potential and his time will come

The goal came from Johnny H getting out jumped then being slow to get back in position and where was the cover from Niell?

I would also call setting up the equalising goal something of value!

I wasn't attacking the man's character, he has the bluest blood out of any of em'. This article illustrates ALL of our points pretty well, that being said, IMO the monocre of "the great survivor" doesn't satisfy me as a supporter. That just sounds like the guy that does enough, granted I don't know everything and do not claim to, but I'm waiting to be impressed.

  2. With Moyes stating its only loan deals again this January, realistically where do we need to reinforce and who can we get in? I think we need a centre half, midfielder and striker.

    Possibles:

Wheater-Boro, loan with option to buy

Moses - Palace, apparently we tried for him in the summer. Loan with a small fee down and buy next summer.

Gago- Madrid, loan with world cup coming up.

    Fernandes- Valencia, i wish......

Wilkshire- Arsenal, loan. Play Peanuts in the middle.

Bentley- Spurs, prick but could a job.

    Pavlechenko- Spurs

Yeah how is Moses doing I haven't heard much about him this term?

  3. Honestly, I get the impression that he's uninterested. I guess. I'd rather the team devote time to having Jo bulk up and learn to absorb challenges...than worry about whether or not Yak wants to play for us. Despite the loss those kids (esp. Agard) embarrassed the shit out of Yak and his lack of work ethic. I say sell him.

  4. He has played at both positions, so that makes him a better deal. He can play where he is needed. He is a better midfielder than striker and his pace makes on counterattacks is good, look at the goal he scored against Brazil.

Honestly, that goal against Brazil is fantastic. Not a fan of what I've seen of his personality, but if this materializes, coming to a club as unique as Everton will humble the shit out of the golden child. He'll realize his ego takes a back seat and no one individual is bigger than The People's Club. Besides that, we don't have money and this option is financially viable for actual talent...talent eager to impress like people have mentioned. We'll see happens, but I can't say I'm opposed.

    That is all

  5. haha yeah same here... I love it when Everton play with that passion, and the fans roar behind them. For me that's what football is about and a part of the reason why I support Everton, and a large part of the reason I dont really want to leave Goodison. As Timmy Howard said after the game, the old lady's got heart and soul and that makes up for all its short comings.

Where did you find those comments by Timmy? I'd like to hear/read them if possible.

  6. This match had me on the verge of tears. Fantastic, textbook Everton spirit. I belive it dosen't matter who sets the example, as long as it's emphatic and with spirit. Hail Seamus. Saha was giving Howard marksman's advice before the pk as well "he'll smash it down the middle", Timmy just made himself big. I expect a response from this one, great great match.
