  1. The understanding is really good now between the players. The main thing for me is to be contenders.

"We have to be there in the top four and close, then see what happens.

"Chelsea, United and Arsenal are very strong, and this year you'll have Tottenham, Aston Villa and City. It's clearly the most difficult league.

Just noticed this quote taken from Sky sports.

This prick really has no respect for us whatsoever.Every time Moyesie does an interview he always shows respect to other teams even if it is the Irish/Norwegian fuckers.

To not even mention us in the same breath as Villa,Spurs and City just shows how he lacks class and will never be respected by any manager in the premiership.

You fat fucker your not that big anymore........even Blackburn have won the premiership more than your group of spanish ladyboys

Anyone know were he lives ???

  2. Wondered were my post had gone ..........with me bein fairly new is there any way i would know when my new posts get moved.

Apperently its for Joey Yobo........dont know why he wants to rent, probably wants to get shut of his brother!!!!! but thats another story :D

    4. Pennant (tabloids)

    5. Amaury Bischoff (kipper)

    6. Beye (internet)

    7. Cosmin Moţi (betfair)

    8. Ianis Zicu (betfair)

There's got to be a prize if these are our 8 summer signings!

Any links or info for number 5 down to 8 ......never heard of them

  4. The gear is really nice and tachinni is well respected italian sports designer. we've got a very good deal, our name is definately improving on the international circuit:

    Chang - Asia

    Le Coq Sportif - French

    Tachinni - Italian

Im impressed with the way the clubs moving forward in the marketing, subtle but classy. Does anyone think that it may have something to do with Robert Elstone's appointment? Depending on what happens in the window, should we consider making his position into a permanent fixture? Louis, i don't know what or who you work for, beg my ignorance, but you have alot of insider info, so im guessin you work for the beloved club in someway, what do you think on it?

Think Elstone is already the permanent CE :)

  5. Just been out for a few jars with my mate.....now just be patient on this one

My mates sister is goin out with some fella who is makin his money in property after movin from "dodgey" deals.

He owns this property in Woolton, not far from me and apparently quite close to Gollum (Dirk Kuuyt).

My mate has told me that Everton have approached him about the possibility of renting it out.

Who could it be for :

    Owen: he still lives local

Jo: he must have property in the area.

So who are Everton making enquiries about a property for ?

  6. To be honest dont think Timmy is movin anywhere at the mo.......and if he does it would be less than 10 mill, cos of his age.

Agree that Timmy will spend the last years of his playin days back in OZ .He loves his country and unless someone comes in with silly money thats were he will lay his hat :)

  7. i find it strange that an "older" person as you call yourself, holds dunc in high regard.

i dont know many that would have seen everton before the 90's who find him anything more than a waster.

im assuming you are over 35 as an older, at least.

You assumed right as older than 35, and yes I do hold "Big Dunc" in such high regard.

He was and still is adored by thousands of fans, you only have to witness it on matchdays, probably more shirts with Ferguson on their backs than any other player.

I`ve seen some great number 9`s from Latchford,Sharp,Gray and he is right their amongst them mate "in my opinion"

Jo has been selected (on more than one occasion) to play for Brazil.

He scored thirty goals in fifty three games at Moscow. Including Champions League. Playing (effectively) in a fridge :P .

I'm not sure how anyone of any age could put him behind Vic....but everyone's entitled to their opinion :) .

He may have scored 30 odd goals in Moscow, completely different league over here, and obviously City dont fancy him IMO.

P.S. I remember a certain Carlton Palmer playing more than 3 times for England :D

  8. No way for that kind of money .

Scoring against under 21 kids and scoring against some of the best defences in the world are 2 different things .

Anyone remember a certain Liverpool player who was a flop in the prem so to speak getting a golden boot ?

It wasnt Crocodiles lad was it ???

  9. It wont be at the expense of a major signing if the rumour is true then thats the point we dont have the money to spend, H e will cost very little in todays game and given time could become a very good player for us in the coming season, If we get him i would be pleased if not then so beit im sure if we can keep Yakubu fit and JV aswell we will be fine with Saha aswell.

The reason why people are pushing figures about is the Vic Jo debate its not to overhype Jo we all know he's not a world class player but alot better then Vic.

Bigduncsma there is no need to get smarmy with people and lower their views because you think you are right it doesnt really fit here mate.

Only get smarmy kid when they do with me,like I said an older persons point of view thats all and we all have them and if it has rattled a few cages so be it.....mate ;)

  10. How can the club be blamed for rumours? Newpapers are there to sell as many newpapers as possible and football stories sell the red-top papers more than anything else. Then you get websites where fans play the "who should we get?" game - have you seen football-rumours.co site? It is utter nonsense but ultimately people start to beleive it because they want to.

How many sides have made many signings yet? Wigan sold Valencia tonight so presumably they will now start to bring in a few players with the money they have got. Others will do likewise. Maybe clubs play the waiting game so to avoid having a £50k a week player on their books through the period when training hasn't started. Transfers are complex due to the sheer amount of people making money in the game.

Maybe Jacobsen wanted a guaranteed first team place - he is almost certain to start for Blackburn.

Frustrating waiting, I know. But these are multi-millin pound deals trying to be done. My job involves me working to achieve a multi-million pound deal and mine is going to take over 2 years to deliver a signed contract!

Totally agree, wasnt that uniteds 1st signing and they have a couple of quid.

  11. so on that basis, you wouldnt take steven ireland? you wouldnt take wright-phillips? or even robinho? just because their team finished below us?

im not jo's biggest fan, im not too arsed if we get him or not. but to say he isnt as good as vic is just crazy!

a lad of his size cant stay on his feet, hes so big and strong but he cant hit a shot with power, i wont even talk about his accuracy!

vic does not have the ability, attitude and seemingly the desire, to push himself to improve enough to play for us on a regular basis. thats just my opinion, lets try moyes opinion.

WE HAD NO FIT STRIKERS!!! ANICHEBE DID NOT GET A GAME!!!

maybe its worth walking down to the local stables, take out one of the unicorns and ride it all the way to the fountain of youth! that would be just as much fantasy as vics ability as a premier league forward.

The thing is matey.....they dont want rid of their decent players like Ireland,Robinho or Wright Phillips its the shite their tryin to get rid of !!!

Unicorns, fountain of youth.........is that what mummy is readin to you

  12. Ijust dont think Jo is good enough for Everton, too gangly and thin to be a top striker and has a very weak shot.

    But thats my opinion

Think Owen on a free would be a better option proven goalscorer for many a year now.

Also Van Nistelrooy has been mentioned too,now he is class even if he is gettin on.

As for Lescott goin to City......just give us the 20-25 million, and no cast offs.

  13. Your quite right efctaxi regarding Anichebe a loan stint might do him good, but IMO wouldnt sell him cos these type of things tend to come back and bite you on the hoop !!

As for Jo again IMO wouldnt entertain him as there is much better options out there.

EFC paul ....think I may have touched a raw nerve regarding National sides, draw a line under it me thinks.

    God save the queen :P

  14. He was begged to join the England U21`s and opted for Nigeria (best chioce considerin England are shite).

Land of hope and glory and all that shite.......couldnt give a flyin fuck about the cockney national side ,just mentioned the fact that they tried to persuade him even after he made it obvious he didnt want to play for the cockneys.....the discussion is about Anichebe and Jo and in my opinion I would have Victor any day of the week.

Not one person is asking you to explain a thing my point was you said he was begged to play for the U21's and that England are shite, You where the first person to mention it not me nor anyone else so if you talk shit on a forum people will pick at it.

He was not begged he was asked the reason im pointing that out is because your talking shite and making him sound as if he's a player that one of the best national youth sides in the world are desperate for which he was not.

If you dont like England thats another story and has nothing to do with me but you mixed it into this topic by saying the above, Its ridiculas to consider Nigeria a top national side or even as good as England hence my point Anichebe may have played a few games for the U21's if he had opted to play for them but not in a thousand years would he have had a shot at the senior squad ever!

So thats the point he opted for them because he's simply not good enough to progress with England whereas he could with a weaker side like Nigeria and he and his agent know that i think anyone can see that.

Your opinion is your own and i respect that but to me its madness to compare a 21 lad who's had x-amount of chances and has not taken it on fully in three years to another young lad of 22 who's had abit of a rough start over here comes to a new club and scores 1 in 2 and looks more in place with us then Vic and puts in a better shift.

Quite a long piece about England there kid but like I said "not interested"

Your right everyone has got their own opinion and I`m not sayin Vik is the answer cos he`s not.

I just found it amusing that some people on here are actually excited about the thought of us gettin a striker that a team who finished below us dont want.

I will hold my hands up and say I`m wrong if he does do the biz.......but somehow cant see it
