I appreciate Cheltenham is just around the corner but I couldnt resist backing Ballabriggs ante-post for the National in April on Saturday. I got odds of 16/1 and can only see these shortening nearer date with all the hype around last year's winner. He finished 4th in a tough race at Kelso at the weekend but jumped well and for his first trip this season, was far from disgraced. With most bookies paying out 1/4 of the odds over 4 or 5 places I see 16/1 as free money for one of the best jumping horse around.

Hi guys SAFC fan here. Whilst I appreciate our attendance for the match against Arsenal was poor it was a week after the Arsenal league game which was one of the highest of the season. The game was on TV and to be honest, whilst I accept it wasnt great....our average attendance is up there at the top and for a club in one fo the poorest areas of the UK it isnt bad. I was over the moon with the away draw as its my stag doo in liverpool that weekend so naturally, whilst most mackems were cursing the tough away game I was dancing around the living room. I have put my application in along with 7,000 others and with only 5,800 seats up for grabs I will wait nervously for the outcome. I'm the co-owner of www.safc-fans.com and have previously done bits and bobs with admin on here so hopefully we can have abit of banter in the lead up to the match....

I can see both sides shipping a goal or two so hopefully it will be a cracker!

Hi guys, firstly...quality site. I heard about this place from one of your guys, Bill who sometimes pops onto my site www.safc-fans.com whenever the two clubs are at battle. Looking forward to a sell out on boxing day, so should be a really good atmosphere with 49,000 at the game. We have a terrible recent record against Everton and the 7-0 drubbing still lingers in the mind. Or was it 7-1? ha We have Turner suspended so yet again another shuffle at the back so I expect Everton to score. I just hope we score more! Enjoy the game everyone
