Stephen is a good player who needs to play more football and spend less time 'disagreeing' with most people he works with. We have too many good young players coming through who can do the same job and have greater potential. Also the players presently at Everton are also as good and are better team players, which David Moyes prides himself on.

I didn't realise that Shane had decided to play for the republic, good luck to him. How sad, biggoted and twisted can people be? May be the type of tripe that is in the minds and hearts of these people is exactly the reason for his decision. Far too many footballers and people have had to live with these threats and taunts for too long. Good luck Shane and hope to see you strutting your stuff at Goodison soon.

'Keep The Faith' with Moyes. He works miricales with the level of investment he has to work with and generally gets the best out of some average players. Also the youth and young players coming through need a 'leader' like Davy Moyes to direct and encourage them to greater things that will be a benefit to Everton and the support. I have had to suffer double today with the Toffee's getting beat and the Celts playing like lost bhoys and being beat by the huns. So Keep The Faith and don't think the grass is greener, as change is not always the answer and usually patients pays in the end. :thumbsup_still:

Hi Everyone, I'm a Celtic supporter who is also a fan of Everton since I watched them (on TV) in the 1968 final against West Brom. I may be 51 years old but still wear only a Celtic or Everton (Cahill 17 on the back) top when playing 5's. I've only been to one match at Goodison when we beat Newcastle 1-0 (scorer-K Sheedy?) and managed to be chased by a mad bunch of Geordies after the match.Was jealous of my brother Mick, as he managed to get down to see the Sporting Lisbon match last Tuesday.I'm hoping to make it to a couple of matches before the end of the season as I need to be part of the 'Everton Family'.
