Then in the next game scoring his 1000th goal. Bill Posted December 14, 2009 Author Report Share Posted December 14, 2009 A game of Firsts. Beautifully worn copy of the 1901 FA Cup final programme. This was the first football game in the World to attract a 100k+ crowd. The game was drawn 2-2. The replay at Burnden Park attracted a crowd of only 20,000 and Southern League Spurs won 3-1 to become the first and still to this day the only non-league side to win the Cup.
