Photoshop Request

Hi Peeps

 

Apologies if this in wrong topic but I have a favour to ask if anyone is good wit photoshoop

 

 

I plan to do something awesome with an everton badge but it needs to be changed

 

1. No yellow border around the badge, no yellow whatsoever

 

2. Image in centre of the badge will need to be blue like the rest

 

3. No blue fill in centre of the badge just white hence change 2
