It has just been announced that red star Belgrade have been thrown out the champions league for failing to abide by fifa ruling and not paying back their supposed debts. Yet, man city who clearly breached the same rulings on anothermatter are only hit with a minor fine in their eyes. Concluding the runner up spot goes to partizan belgrade yet we do not get anything. Surely there is still hush hush bungs in fifa and the rich continue to dodge whilst the poor get made an example of.

They will argue that technically Man C were involved in breaching different types rules.

I wonder how much money disappeared from City's top line when they were first investigated? Someone's had their lined.
