Yet, man city who clearly breached the same rulings on anothermatter are only hit with a minor fine in their eyes. Concluding the runner up spot goes to partizan belgrade yet we do not get anything. I wonder how much money disappeared from City's top line when they were first investigated? Someone's had their lined.
