Everton have been linked with a £5.5million move for Croatian winger Darijo Srna. He currently plays in Ukraine for Shakhtar and has impressed Everton officials who see the 25yr old as direct competition for home grown Leon Osman. David Moyes is hoping to add more European experienced players to his squad for the upcoming UEFA Cup qualifiers. His agent, former Derby County defender Igor Stimac believes that the player is not interested in the Premiership pay packets and that he just wishes to compete in a bigger league in a position that he excels in. “He’s a very rich man and obviously does not need the money. He enjoys breaking down the right — something which he cannot do for Shakhtar at the moment as they are playing him in defence. There is interest from all over Europe — from Italy, Spain, Germany and England.
