Got this from a mate who works for the Post Office A postcard comes through your letterbox, supposedly from PDS ( Parcel Delivery Service) saying they where unable to deliver a parcel and it gives you a Telephone number to ring to arrange collection, The number is a phoney and if you are connected to it you have already been charged £15 .
