Nobody but the club knows how much money we'll have left if AJ comes to Everton, and i think thats the whole point. Everton have learnt to keep their cards close to their chest. I think Lescott or Huth are a necessity, Huth would be better coz hes younger but im not fussed really

huth would be better because he has premiership experience and has proven himself whereas Lescott has never played in the top flight and it would take him a while to get up to speed, and one thing we need next season is a good start to the season

Obviously it depends on how much we have left.I think we still need another forward cos Dunc has gone plus a centre half and a midfielder i'd like any of these.

Lescott
Huth
Pennant
Nugent

If we do get AJ then it will show potential targets that we are showing ambition, which will set well with them and may persuade we are a team going forward

I think that if we buy Aj then most of are transfer budget will have gone and will be left with maybe 1 new defender coming in and anyone else that comes in will be on loan.
