MikeO
I know it's a long way off and much can happen between now and then but looking at the (potentially) decisive game at Villa Park on April 11th, the respective run-up of games to it is quite interesting.... Villa... 4/3 Man City (A) 14/3 Spurs (H) 21/3 Liverpool (A) 4/4 ManU (A) Us.. 4/3 Blackburn (A) 14/3 Stoke (H) 21/3 Portsmouth (A) 5/4 Wigan (H) On the face of it (hoping "good" City turn up) they're going to be looking at 3/4 points. We, if our form carries on, would be hopeful of winning all four . Just need to keep them within range. What do you think (apart from the obvious that I'm a sad no-lifer with too much time on my hands )?

What do you think (apart from the obvious that I'm a sad no-lifer with too much time on my hands )? I think the important point as you made is keeping them within range which wont be easy. If we can stay within 6 points of them after the Man U game early Feb then I think we've got a good chance, however if we fail miserably over the next few weeks and they continue to pick up points then they could be outta sight. The good things is though that there isn't a significant challenge for 6th at the minute so at least we should be on course for a European place (provided a cup is won by one of the big guns) if we do falter this month!
