Capital Of Culture.

Recommended Posts

i was thinking...

Come 2008 liverpool is capital of culture, many tourists will be coming to liverpool. We all know the council have been given money due to this.

If come the Captial of Culture time, we are still in europe then we will be bringing many tourists to the city, should we be due money from the council as we are a reason for more tourists and will be creating more money in liverpool as the opposing fans will be spending their money in liverpool?

just a thought.

I am just thinking that the crime figures for the mugging of US and Japanese tourists will rise during the summer of 08.

:D:D you forgot to put in a couple of the usual "an erm" and a few "y'no like", but not bad for someone living in Darlo. ;)

I feel with our rich and colourful part in the slave trade and a history of exploiting the working class, we have a part to play as City of Culture 2008, back on topic.

I need to buy myself that book Louis. I'm actually really excited about visiting Liverpool. I don't think I will have too hard of a time understanding some of the accents.
