gone for turner, but im sure we'll see wright if nige doesnt play

would think first team action is worthwhile more than reserve games, especilly as were not exactly hopin to win this comp are we... so id throw kroldrup & vdm in the side. cahill might as well get a rest (if hes not injured) and ferrari in for valente (injured i think) looks like dunc got a knock too, so id put mcfadden in over bent at the moment.

opinions anyone?

niemi would only be cover till next season, but i wouldnt be suprised if he was thrown straight in though. a part ex with wright would be ideal, southampton would want a replacment for niemi too.

they have 2 strikers that cant score. crouch and morientes, and they have cisse, who is scorin a few right now, and they wanna sell him!

i wouldnt play him against chelsea, could damage alot of moral on sunday, players coming back from injury dont need that. i dont mean to write us off for this game, but 13 goals in 3 games, against 1 in 7.

we go into uefa cup round one, which is a single game knockout.

then round 2 is a group stage, 5 teams per group, only playin each team once, 2 games home 2 games away.

then knock out stages i think, after one round of knock outs, champions league teams come in.

could be wrong though!

i just think its down to local rivalry, obviously with liverpool bein more sucessfull since the 80's the intensity has grown, but i believe it would be the same if we were the more sucessfull.

i was maybe a bit too young from the heysel disaster, so i cnt pin iton that.

but if you go to manchester, city are also named the bitter blues, its just rivalry, and i love it!

proud to be a blue coz we made a good go in this game.

not proud to be a football fan coz i feel a bit down about our second goal, linesmen didnt see a problem, defenders didnt complain, etc...

but i guess thats why we love it so much!
