The reason why Downing is so overpriced is simple...he's English.

A cheeky bid for Adu might be a decent buy
Most overrated player ever from what I saw off him when channel five shown mls. And I have my own theory on his over hype...

Happy birthday mate. Hope you have a good one.

Think that is a urban myth xsaint.
Also blue 250, think you missed my point in my post. I was saying that police dogs and guard dogs are trained to attack, so therefore naturally they are dangerous dogs. But no one seems to be worried about those type of dogs. My friends dad trains police dogs and I know the lengths he's gone to keep them out of harms way. As you said, a police dog attacked an innocent man, did that dog be put down? It's all double standards, every dog is dangerous but just because a dog is possibly dangerous does not mean it should be put down.

you saying you dont like JD?
love that stuff
No think that stuff is a vile commercial pile of piss. Also can't stand whisky with coke, has to be with ice but have got a little taste for whisky and pure orange

That is stupid. I remember playing down a road near us and using parked cars and the curb as goalposts. They hardly ever came out to complain, except at night where they would say their baby is trying to get to sleep which in that case we moved down the road. THinking back I can't believe people let us use their cars

The first vid was awesome Mike, that lioness when flying in the air. Don't know why but I wanted the lions to win that battle :-s

What is this crap about putting it down? I'm sorry but with any animal that is naturally an aggressive animal then it is at risk of attacking people. It hasn't attacked anyone yet and probably won't do. There are a load of questions that need to be answered before stating that it needs to be put down.
If it is a controlled environment then why does the dog have to be put down. Look at police dogs, or even guard dogs. They're there to do one job and majority of the time it is too attack. So your saying 'cos they will attack someone put them down as well?

I hate red wine with a passion. Give me a whiskey (whisky) anytime of the day, just make sure it's not the shitty american bourbon crap.

Im starting some job trial today and I'm not looking forward to it one bit. 40 hours a week for 60quid. Slave labour. I think this is going to be a massive waste of time (13 week trial - all summer GONE).
I wouldn't get out of bed for 60 quid a week.

Happy birthday

I'm a hibbo man meself. Think defensively he's far better than Neville at right back. And both are woeful in the attack and passing department.

he was a hero of mine as a kid, but for all the good memories, i have to think what he could have been.
Ferguson always had the potential to be a great player, but more often than not he let himself (and the team) down.
with his ariel ability, and the aggression he brought to the game (the type that put fear in defender, not the type that got him sent off) and he did have a great left foot. let down by injuries and his own demons, but i'll still remember him from my childhood when us evertonians had nothing else to hold on to, apart from a man who had the fire we had, but not always the commitment.
Agreed, when we had no one to look up at, no one to show us that they wanted to play for Everton up stepped Dunc. He may have had a bad injury record and suspended a lot of games (although refs had it in for him) he always seemed to be playing for the shirt. I loved it, it seemed to me (I was young) that Dunc protected his teammates. With a team full of uninspirational players and when it looked like we'd never win, up popped Dunc off and Hinchcliffe corner and we'd get a goal.
It's certainly a lot harder to explain that I thought but with the oldies seeing a lot better and committed players maybe they just don't get it and saw past him. We were young and naive (as all young people are) and back then he just seemed to be what Everton were about. The one man who stood out above the likes of Danny Williamson and the Farrellys. We had some shower of shite back but for a while I forgot about Dunc and that was when Speed came on to the scene, then he left controversially so I decided to go back to Dunc who I felt loved the club and after seeing Speed, an Evertonian, leave it was shocking as it seemed Dunc loved the club more than an Evertonian.
But I was young and gullible and certainly not have the experience that the older Evertonians had. He was the first player I liked and for which, I will always have a soft spot for.

Awl arse Mac here, I refuse to contribute to the automatic buying of a very mediocre top. £40.00 fucking hell, this is Umbro we are talking about, not a decent brand. I have bought two training tops recently, both Umbro, both under a tenner.
Same fucking material, same stitching, same company. Enough is enough, if they came up with something new and innovative, I'm, in. Not this piece of rehashed shit, put a bow tie on a turd - it is still a turd - put an Everton badge on a turd, it is still a turd. It just denegrates our badge.
Rant over.

I dont Do Big Bro, though it has its fanbase here akin to the UK.
However Moral Dillema time. ( All over news here)
1 of the Girls in the OZ BB House Father has died. Funeral held etc etc -> Moral Q being ? Should they tell the girl?
They have NOT as yet.
Spanner being dad's final wish was to not tell her till after she gets out of the BB house.
Tricky 1 eh.
Yeah I heard about that, but hasn't her brother and boyfriend came out and said that it'll be better for her to hear after she comes out and that when she will start grieving it'll mean no less than when he first died?
Also it wasn't like a surprise that he was going to die and they had discussed it previously and they agreed not to tell her. So think a lot of blame is going on BB but in all honesty it was the family's wishes.

The new Skoda advert. VERY VERY cool!!! For those that havnt seen it, they make a cake in the shape of a skoda, but an actual model in terms of scale, appearence, probably runs on syrup too
Yeah but did they make it all out of cake

What a dire game.
I couldn't believe firstly that King was ahead of Lescott and that then Taylor was brought on before him.
Then played with, what can be said as 4 centre backs, arguably 5, with one being played in Midfield. Disliked McLaren to begin with but after having to watch that crap football its gone beyond disliking him.
Also what was with the booing of Bentley? I know he plays for Blackburn and there is big rivalry between Burnley and Blackburn but he was playing for England. Good to see him get MotM. Did want him to get one of the goals though.

Yeah think he might have had problems settling into the English premier league. Would have been good to have him here and see what he is like when he's settled. He looked good before Liverpool got him but might just suit Spanish football a lot better as he did seem a little bit of a lightweight when he played here.
Probably the best thing for him to go back Spain but we are crying out for a left winger and he might have been good but for £5mil I don't think he'd be worth the risk imo

lol, happy big 30 mate...you feeling old

I've just finished my second year (well say finished, as of Wednesday I have) at Leeds

It's only the colour that would deter me from wearing it. Which if the Chelsea people never liked the colour they would have had it in a different colour.
Ignoring the colour, I still think it looks better than umbro shirts. Another thing is that I think Adidas shirts fit a lot better than umbro ones.
