They beat Napoli if that is anything to go by, their mid table this year just like us. I know serie A is not as competitive as the premier league but i would consider Napoli a tough game if we was to go up against them. i think it will be a tough game even with a full strength team.

When is pienaar back? He gives us that little bit of creativity we need, might get Baines back to his old self too

Does anybody know how long Baines is out for? We could do with dropping both full backs let them know there not irreplaceable and let them fight for their position. Both Coleman and Baines have been nowhere near their former selves. Nobody really challenging for Coleman's place could that be the reason for his bad form?

I think both teams were always gonna settle for the draw. Liverpool on a good run and wanted to keep the run going, us looking to kick start are season. I think Martinez got it spot on with how we set up we kept them out and built confidence at the back, yes we looked a little poor going forward but that will come, I think Martinez knew we would suffer up top in that game and was looking to sneak a goal in and maybe get the win but that did not happen. Imagine if we had lost that game, maybe even heavily. all that progression and confidence we have built at the back the last couple of games would have gone and we would be back where we started.

Been on this forum for a year now, just never posted. sounds weird but i probably know all of you and your traits like the back of my hand. thought i would start sharing my opinion with you since i have had the urge to say a couple of things recently. ill enjoy chatting with you all.
