After hearing the rumours about who Moyes is intrested in signing im not impressed.

Phil Jagelka - hes a good player but cant add class to our team. What i dont get is why Moyes isnt trying to sign Fernades. Imagine this for a centre midfield.

That is an amazing midfield! Yes Fernandes does go missing in games but it can be changed. Look at when C.Ronaldo signed for United - he was a good player but he did pointless stepovers and lost the ball to much. Man UTD then worked on him in the summer and look at him now!! Hes argubaly the best player in the world! This is what Everton can do with Ferandes. Hes only 21 and he is one for the future. Mark my words - in 5 years time when the best teams are after him we will be thinking - why the fuck didnt we sign him?

Yes he is expensive - very expensive - maybe to expensive.

BUT you have got to look at him and his talent now, imagine what he is going to be like in the future. Moyes can work with him during the summer i can then guarantee he wont go missing in games. IMO 8mil upfront then a few clauses will get him - and it will be worth every penny. Not only does he defend he has class skill and scores. Do we get that with Carsley - no, do we get that with Jagelka - no.

Another thing im disapointed in is that we have not been strongly linked to a LM YET!! Thats the main posistion we need to strengthen.

I agree that 10m is very steep, but since he played for england the price is going to jump a stupid amount. Look at Carrick going to Man Utd in the summer, 18m for him, joke!

I would pay 3-4m and Beattie or MrFudge for him, however i reckon if we do get him we'll pay 7m plus clauses, raising to about 10m. something like that anyway.

If that is what we will be paying for him than i dont want him. Got enough strikers and would rather spend 10mil on fernandes or a LM

TBH i dont think Moyes will sign Nugent. I think Moyes will think the price is to high and will get him in January. Obvisly other teams will bid though but i think Nugent will reject as he wants to sign for us. I then think we will get him for about 2-4 mil in the january transfer market.

We CANT sell him.

If we want to become a top 4 club (which people have been saying were on the verge of doing) then we cant be selling are best players to teams above us. Regardless if were doubling our money or not.
