  1. Liverpool were linked with him a while back and all my kopite mates said they would love him at their club, so i would sign him just to spite the red shite :) . Honestly though he would be a decent signing but i dont think him and Osman could play in the same midfield. They may not be similar in quality Aimar i believe being better, but we dont want to add more dwarfs to an already dwarfish midfield.

  2. I have a bad feeling about this. How about this theory....

Don't be suprised to see Man U drop out of the race. Fergie knows that Moyes is highly skilled at bringing through raw talent and turning them into top players and perhaps better than himself at it. Maybe he will let Moyes do the lads training for him and then just snap him up in a few seasons when (if) he becomes a top player.

Hes already done it once with a certain other talent (shrek) so perhaps again.

Sorry am just in a conspiracy mood but we do in a way have a pact with Man U in terms of transfers and in our hatred of the RS.

  3. I think people just need to realise that everyone has their own opinion. On this particular forum there are too many people who continually arse lick just to get their post count up or to pretend they have friends. I respect someone who has different opinions and voices them so i believe arguing about having different views on a DISCUSSION forum is completely idiotic.

  4. I would consider selling Johnson if i could be certain of getting more than we paid for him and a replacement lined up. Arteta i think should stay as we will have to see what he plays like after his surgery. Hibbert and Neville should stay as they are good defenders on there day and if you want to keep Martin Petrov and Walcott at bay Tony is the man :) .

  5. Yes Steve Clarke would bring some new ideas in if he is appointed. But i for one would like to see a former player take the number two spot, i dont think it would make much difference but it would be nice to see a an old legend standing next to Moyes on the touchline, who has blue blood running through his veins, rather than someone who has another club buried in his heart.

  6. I think this guy would be the next "big dunc" for us. He will bring agression and provide us with a target man who with his height should be able to bring the ball down and bring one of his midfielders or fellow striker into play. Yes big dunc might not have done this most of the time but this fella probably has more quality than the big man.

One thing i would like to see is this guy and johnson up front, what a mismatch :) .

  7. Ah i didnt realise he was a pundit, i was switchin between watching the game and doing my geography coursework so i didnt see it all. But yeah lets hope we can get the cash for him because Man City are now sniffing around and they will have no problem collecting the required money :( .

  8. I dont see whats so wrong with giving VDM some time tonight. I mean its not as if hes gonna come on and score 3 own goals. What he would do is fight for a place and try his hardest. Iam preparing to be flamed for this as is very common on this site.

  9. Everton definalty need to get a body in to replace Mcfadden to make this a successful window. The OS has Moyes saying he is on the lookout and even states Everton's links with Arshavin and Sidwell. Do you think Moyes will sneak in the window again and surprise us?

  10. I just have one little thing to say here. Yes i think mcfadden should have been sold and now that he has we got a great price for him. But one fact bothers me.

Mcfadden is responsible for us being in the Uefa cup. Remember that very important goal that turned the tables against Metalist? So before everyone goes on saying good riddence which i know many of you may not be thinking but some are, remember this and thank him truthfully for this cup opportunity.

    Thank You James Mcfadden
