With respect, what does that have to do the Donovan?

Sorry mate I gathered that what was said in these videos matches the printed word on the OS page. At the bottom of the printed interview about Donovan Moyes goes on to explain his (lack of) transfer plans.

I apologise and I would be grateful if an admin deleted my comment or moved it.

  2. I can't watch these from my phone but the OS states in these interviews that Moyes only seems to be looking at loans. I can't believe the money made from the sales in Summer has not been made available. I can't be the only one who is rather annoyed at the state of affairs. Smug Bob said money will be made available.

  3. bu knuckle draggers - ya all ok with me. Peace.

I love you all. We are all football fans. We take stick all the time. Passion is good in my opinion. I can take people insulting my posts e.g your post is a big piece of shite . I can even take a few personal slaps e.g You're an idiot if you think..... .

I have only started to post here because of the interaction between certain factions. However , if you look at other parts of this board ,everyone is pretty friendly to each other. There are far worse forums with subjects not so controversial or emotional. Moderation here is pretty good as they only delete and merge posts/threads. By the looks of it , disciplinary actions rarely take place. This is a credit to you all.

On-Topic , I would have taken a draw before the start of this game .So it's all good. Cahill tried at least but the 3 golden oldies (although I would have never described Saha as golden ,ever ) have to make way . Moyes is and will always be an Everton legend but he just has to make the big calls.

  4. He did, loans cost money too and as Moyes said its not the best time to shop. So, spend a little on loan fees/wages til summer when theres more option.

I'd go with Louis on this, thats all we can expect and should be all we need (until the summer)

I agree mate. There's usually a fee for loans but I was on the understanding that Moyes would have a few bob to spend . Do you think any of the money made in transfers in the summer will appear twelve months later? The saint and his board will hope we forget about the money and what was said post-summer transfer window and November . Moyes may get some money if Bily leaves.

  5. As Haf says , he has the tools but not the belief. He seems a decent bloke too , he has been entitled to a little whinge about lack of playing time. I would be a little sad to see him go , maybe just because any money made from him won't go towards a ready made replacement. Shame it hasn't worked out for him.

  6. Really hope we play them at their own game, pass with tempo, press, and give them something to think about. Get Royston on the ball as much as possible. Drop Neville, bring in Barkley, drop cahill and bring in straq. Come on blue boys!!!

I agree apart from Cahill . I fancy him to do the job tonight. I would like to see a 4-4-2 and drop Neville. Won't happen though .

  7. I feel real positive about tonight. Watching us against Norwich might of been a bit painful but if we have as much possession tonight I think 3-1 . I think Cahill might actually do it.

  8. 1 When Sunderland supporters were demanding Steve Bruce's head, the name David Moyes cropped up on a lot of lips. What would your response have been; "over our dead bodies", "maybe" or 'take him, please"?

For Sunderland , over our dead bodies .

2 How can Everton re-create the era when the club expected and was expected to win trophies each season?

Bill and board have to sell the club at a reasonable price to somebody who has the money and ambition to make this THE club on Merseyside.

3 Maybe follows on from that: how would you feel about the sort of takeover that brought untold riches and the near-certainty of success to Manchester City?

Delirious . Even if it went tits up after a few seasons , it would still be better than what's happening now.

4 What were your minimum and maximum expectations as the season began?

    Minimum - 17th Maximum - 10th

5 Who are the greatest players you have seen in Everton colours, or wish you'd seen, and who should have been allowed nowhere near them?

Greatest - Joe Parkinson , Anders Limpar and Wayne Rooney.

Worst - Claus Thomsen , Graham Stuart , John Spencer

6 Where do you stand on the Keep Everton in our City campaign?

    I agree with them.

7 Plenty of people have been linked to both our clubs. Taking just one - Peter Reid - what does that name mean to an Evertonian?

Brilliant player , entertaining pundit , average manager.

8 Name this season's top four in order, and the bottom three.

Man City , Man Utd, Chelsea , The Shite

    Blackburn , Wigan , Bolton

9 The Barton Question: was the Eduardo Question, could have been the Larsson Question after one recent incident. Those names cover feigning injury and diving but which form of cheating most angers you and what would you do to stamp it out?

Getting players sent off by surrounding the ref. Book the swarmers after a few warnings.

10 What will be the the score on Boxing Day?

    1-1

Good luck for the rest of the season , cheers fella.

  9. Not happy with the result, dont still like the draw either. We should definitely win games like this. Saha needs dropped as Nev and Cahill also. Period. Not much more to say. I love Drenthe and if we just would see more Straqa, i think we all would love him also.

    Fully agree.
