As I think I've said before I'm not overly impressed with the Union except that they can get some decent press backing. I back them only as I really don't believe Saint Bill and the board are truly doing what's best for the club. I think this is the death of the Union but if Moyes doesn't at least get the Beckford money in January to buy much needed firepower/creativity then a new protest group will arise. With a little more professionalism , this worried Toffee hopes.

I see your point mate but it does show that not everything is Rosey in Saint Bill's garden. They still haven't denied the existence of these emails yet though.

Do you reckon this news would make a national rag by the morning? If so , can Bill use his Hickson story again?
-
And the inevitable Blog appears from Mr E. I'm starting to pity him more than loathe his smugness.

Crowd clapping Kenwright when appeared on screen
That was after more than a few booed him.

I see no real reassurance about January transfer kitty or anything new hear.I love Bill and I admire his passion but its time to thank him as he walks off into a blue sunset.

i agree about not making it personal, but i feel it will end up very personal by the end of all this.
the club are on the defensive, if they were doing a good job, they wouldnt need to be.

It's convenient timing but it'd be nice if it were true.
I was just thinking the same thing.48 hours before the protest.

I not a big fan of B.U's tactics (especially a protest BEFORE the game ) but unfortunately they are the only one's with any sort of plan . I just wish they hadn't riled a lot of people before yesterdays meeting.
For the first time since the start of all these protest groups , I have now jumped on the fence.

If they only name 18, are they the only 18 that can play?
I don't think they have to register under 21's (?) so these 18 and all the youth team can play.
-
They are talking about a protest march of some sort next weekend. Not sure if it's going to do any good but I suppose they are being pro-active.
-
I agree ,good piece. For me it is a good deal but not being able to reinvest the money in the team (not due to time like Moyes would like us to believe ) annoys me.

I'm with you too Dave but there are a lot more barriers than the Shite had. A lot of our own fans for starters. The other lot at least had a more powerful sense of unity and purpose. I certainly don't blame those who can't see a future beyond our current board ,it's a difficult subject .
Bottom line mate, there needs to be a lot more of us and a few less blinkered peeps I'm afraid.

Why can't they tell the truth ? The money went straight to the bank.Just say so.

Only that all Argie fella. It's on the official website.

F-ing great. We have no time to get a replacement in although we already should have a few quid for the 2 strikers. Everton supporters will remain silent even after this heap of poo. Like everything else we shall have to take this on the chin .

On his way to the shite. We were never going a get a big name like this ; In their prime anyway.

Mojo is the most disappointing player we have bought in my opinion.Maybe not the worst but I had high hopes for him.
-
Now others know that he is eligible to play in the U.K ,will Spurs,Villa or Sunderland jump in. I can feel this one going tits up.
-
I will jump on the Cana band wagon. Neville's just not nasty enough.
Bentley would be handy also.
I would also enquire about the availability of getting Wilkshire on loan.I know he's young but handy to have on the bench.

Staying awake tonight , so I can sleep through this afternoon ,so I can stay awake through midnight and beyond.

I fully agree. It is sad to see an Everton great fade like this. Does anyone else think Moyes should use him as a good weapon coming off from the bench or do you think he is still tired or just suffering from confidence issues?
