  1. Gone for Fellaini myself. Generally neat and tidy with the ball.

Starting to get a bit frustrated with Coleman as a winger now. Doesn't look like he has a clue when to deliver the ball, and then picks the wrong one too often. As a fullback bombing on past Drenthe or whoever, and with a clear 'get down the line and get it in the box' instruction he could be quality.

Velios continues to impress with his cameo appearances. I look forward to seeing him given a go from the start soon.

  2. The 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferris.

Fascinating lifestyle book. This guy has basically dedicated his own body to ongoing scientific experiments with some really interesting results.

I've tried one part of the eating plan in their and dropped nearly 2st in 4 months or so.

  3. I think we're being a little bit harsh here.

We played backs to the wall for nearly 70 minutes, and created a fair few attempts at goal.

    Saha looked lively.

Fellaini worked hard in the middle.

Cahill was all over the spot (Daglish even said he was best player on the pitch)

Distin was good for the majority of the game.

    Howard... enough said.

Drenthe had a decent cameo when he came on.

  4. It's nice to see in the article that he still hasn't given up on doing the CL thing with Everton too. Despite it being well out of reach at the moment.

Be a difficult one for me, if my lad decided to play for Liverpool or Wigan (If he got the chance in RL). I'd hope he played well, and then got a move to better club. lol

  5. Been reading a book for a few weeks now, by a guy called Tim Ferriss called 'The 4 Hour body'.

Some of the stuff in it is realy fascinating. It's basically a guys record of a number of experiments he conducted on himself over last 20 or so years leading to a series of 'body hacks/shortcuts.'

  6. Yes Coleman adds directness, but the number of times he ran up his own arse got a little frustrating today.

He was the worst of the back four.. again. Don't see why people still think he should be in the 11, his arse should be full of splinters by now.

Still wasn't up with the standard of performance we're used to seeing from him... but it was an improvement.

  7. Frustrating not to have won, but I think the performance itself was all important.

Played well for the most part of the game, but switched off and got done with 2 sucker punches.

At least it looks like we might have started playing early doors this year instead of waiting until January.
