  1. i reckon this is the biggest game of poker ever, by the weekend bill and davie would have won and obtained the services of moutino or bluffed us all; including the player aka g barry. its a bit like christmas...... shit if you dont get what your after.. 3 more sleeps
  2. i have supported the board since the begining, however i feel that the route of the problem is actually them as we enter tomorrows game without any new addtions. moyes picked his target months ago, it was their responsibility to act upon, and action transfers, in addtion it is their responsibility to secure funding and investment in order for the manager to complete such singing, like mountino for example. just for interest ian ross should stop emailling message boards telling them moyes has the funds, because despite his personal haterate of moyes, he like many others would be swinging if he left, and i'd be at the front of the que. moyes has kept it going and without him we would be defunked, make no mistake.
  3. personally i hope he's now on the a1 to newcastle, not good enough i'm afraid.
  4. i' like brett angel would score up front for brazil mate, beside which up front its exactly full off quality like it once was. it an opinon and as i've said to the pro love camp, i hope i'm wrong and i'm glad the deal looks to be a loan cos in my opinon he's a hairy marcus bent.
  5. everton lad, i just dont see it with him, the league is only a supplementary factor. of course, i hope your right.
  6. everton lad, i am a muppet the russian league is much improved i'll give you that, it is now better than the unibond, and your right zennit werent a bad team at all, as i remeber they were a touch above the rest in the end, but slightly shakey in the group. however its on par with something like the dutch league, who also to get foriegners (lot of africans) for work permits etcetc. a lot foreigners in this league shine, but wouldnt in the EPL. personally speaking, its a big price for player in a lower class of league, he is unproven and one hell of gamble at 15 million when the priorities should be elsewhere. muppet.
  7. listen if he is that good why is he playing in the russian league? fingers crossed its a loan cos 15 mil is shit load of money to gamble when we havent got a midfield for the upcoming game on saturday. on a personal note, i think he will flop... nice name, shit game
  8. hope we get love on loan, i think he'll flop.
  9. lets dump umbro for good, its brand and range is shit. apart form the everton badge you wouldnt chose to wear their gear. combine the crest and a logo that the kids want to wear and its a classy money spinner, no bouns required.
  10. listen everton worship, i'm not fucking thick, of course the club as an expendure, wages, loans etcetc. however the in the question i ask what has happened to it? i was infering that the board should explain what the fuck is going on with money considering it has been over the last couple of seasons, pretty successful financially wise, and we always appear that we havent got a pot to piss in. hence this summer.
  11. agreed, an absoulte disgrace. i hope someone asks were the money is too ..i.e 5 for faddy 13 chang (over 5 years) 27.5 sky 2 rooney (leag& CL) 3 uefa eq.50mil. before i even mention gate recipts, shirts, food, exec lounges, advertisment, golden goal tickets, premier texts, lotto, ale and so on.. fucjing joke
  12. thankfully it is a dead duck, and rightly so. our city their history
  13. yer, i bet he'd look it in too it would make sense.. bin umbro... imagine all the kits we'd sell if it were nike or addidas, only the hardcore offical club types buy it now out of loyalty... everton are missing a huge market in my opinon.
  14. a poll for kit designers addias nike umbro and so on....
  15. that's another thing, why have we been dumped with umbro. the design and the quality of the kits are crap. why not nike or addidas, time to move on and get a bit classy instead of being tied in again to a pile of shite, honestly what is going on, the home kit hasnt changed for years and in my book its a rip off. can we have a poll on this?
  16. i agree iggy, but may i add, in our home town of liverpool, it should be the first box ticked on any developement or movement.
  17. the liverpool echo.. bunch of frauds.
  18. yes but opinion is divided. for some it will be progress albeit in a strange 1 step forward 2 steps back kind of way. in the short term kirkby might have been a good option, but in 30 years time when everton are know as the kirkby kesrals, the 100+ years of history would have been dismissed and the fan base would have been limited to kirkby and the localised surrounding area. i only see less and less people attending and the club fading away. we would end up simlar to MK dons, and without the right investment probably in a worst situation with the debt of the stadium around our necks. i just think about why i have gone the match when for the past 25 we've been more shit than good, it is to do with the tradition, the history and my community rather than the trophies that we should have won. Goodison park is home until such time that the right investors are in place and the team are performing on the pitch.. then expanding, developement should take place. as i've said previously, if people are doing their jobs properly they would have a plan b, and this summer wouldnt have happened. we deserve more, remember this is our city and we are their history. 2nd best isn't good enough, and kirkby was 2nd best merely because of the fact that the fan base was significantly divided.
  19. yes the 'liverpool' echo is the issue, i like DM, im sure continue to rate this site. keep up the good work, and continue to hate the echo....
  20. what odd's on a loan deal, with a fee agreed at the end of the season...
