  1. things to remeber, aj may have had his best years, he isnt getting any younger, and he enjured a pretty injury prone season last year. in addtion moyes has made a profit and aj didnt want to stay. deal as opposed no deal.
  2. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/...--Football.html
  3. honestly though, do you think we can fill 55,000 staduim every week, as much as i'm proud of my club, i'm honest too.. at this juncture i dont think we can.. city et al (obvoisuly with a bit more tradtion and class).
  4. make that 3, i dont think the oldest club in the city should be located outside the city. whilst i've been supportive of the departed wyness and bill (see old treads) previously, they should have a plan to take everton forward, that included moyes, transfers and investment..that is their job and they would have failed if they havent realise that a plan b is required.
  5. exactly, also the way in which they have run the aj story, Everton giving an official story which conflicts... the way in which i frantically scoot to the shop to get echo to find out they actually know fuck all. the way in which they rule out the double transfer when Everton are at an all time low, and actually that isn't the story. they are trying to fuck Everton over and the reporting over the last couple of weeks has been at odds with what the club is saying, honestly it isnt misplaced anger.. i realised they are incredibly lazy or crap at there job. they have a lot to answer for and have made us look worst than we actually are i forgot, years of shitting out of the stadium debate worried that they might not get an exclusive with the manager if they went with the majority. calling Rafa 'Rafa'. recent USA misquote about Moyes talking about the forwards, but quoted as transfer issue in which we 'were far away'...from signing. which was key as the bid for Mountinho had just been lodged... they are loving panicking people and something is going on, either lazy or they need to get back to JMU to learn some objectivity
  6. i am totally fucked off with these lazy bastards
  7. Kirkby is now thankfully finished business..
  8. 20 mill maybe today.. maybe 15 mill on the last day of aug... the problem in my opinon would be we would be his 5th choice club. i still think its feasible, his price will plumet...
  9. dont know what the money situation is, who does at this moment in time.. but if its not as bad as we all expect and there's 20 in the pot ( + 10 from aj), who else is likey to buy him?? the barcodes havent got a pot to piss in. its still a possibility, as soon as mounitio goes through...then we'll see if we were ever interested or not.
  10. i think his agent talks shite, he was nailled on to sign for barca, chelsea, arsenal and it was pretty much the agent spinning the web. spurs according to zennit havent even made a bid! he could end up anywhere, anywhere were his agent could sell him too...
  11. its black and got pink wheels and grill, its his birds and it looked truely daft when i seen it around the north end. ps. he's shit and not worth a carrot regardless of his hairdoo.. it would be a step backwards, a bit like himself.
  12. all vaild points, i guess the straw poll is somewhere in the region of 60:40 against bully. but in prinicple the finch farm move is a good one. its top class and my understanding is that the deal with KMC is favourable one for both parties. maybe the 13 million chang money over 5 years that he secured will pay for it, and a player or two as well. nevertheless the handling of the planning permission at belfield is a twat, however it can not be the soley the fault of bully when you take in to consideration our relationship with LCC, who clearly assist liverpool fc more than the oldest club in the city. as for the debt, i kind of disagree, but in saying that whether we agree or not..its clearly managed better, the club clearly have a plan or a vision.. check out the martin samuel article about everton from a couple of months back, it says it better than i ever could. look i'm not saying he's the answer or in fact the saviour, i'm just saying in a round about way.. he's no where as bad as many would have you believe.. if you take away the ground move and fury (and rightly so) it creates..then we'd be having a debate saying how well he's done for the club. nevertheless the continued plight with umbro kit's maybe sum's him up, not the most fashionable fat kid on the block. commence operation Goodison excerise -
  13. have you got the you tube link for bent? ahah downing is nailed on
  14. in simple terms i just think the club was in a business sense, a mess before his arrival. i liked the fact over time, the mood and the culture of the club changed. it became slicker, it made more from its turnover. everton signicantly reduced it debt, and over the last couple of years got players periodically above its transfer record.. although i dont agree with the ground move i thought both on and off the pitch we were going in the right direction. if true, its a big problem.. in relation to the short term transfer targets and the long term future of everton football club.. i have no doubt about that. why cant it ever be fucking simple.
  15. be careful what you wish for.... its either smoke and mirrors whereby he plucks two great signing out the air..in the morning - or he's recieved a bullet in the post.. it could be either with everton. personally speaking, and despite what side of the fence that you sit on re: the ground move.. off the pitch he's stablised the club no end. johnson, finch et al do you really want to go back to that...
  16. still a chance, moyes to blow the lot on moutino and ashavin, i reckon he's got 20 before he lets aj goes for 10, that makes 30.. 15 per man,..makes a great team... capable of stealing and maintaining fourth for the forseeable future....
  17. i dont agree, if aj goes for 10 its possible,
  18. in light of barca not snapping him up, done deal last week.. chelsea pulling out this week, and arsenal not having the money nor do they need him with ces' et al... i reckon about 13 mil an a slight improvemen in his wage...were defo still in the race to pull this off..
  19. i dont think its gera who moyes is after, its a guy called somethink like chris brunt.. left foote'd winger, brilliant when on blob, a man down if not.
