helll yessss. the more the better, lets get him on board, especially if its for free

ok heres a foreigners perspective:
the england national team, on paper, are bloody brilliant. the likes of beckham, lampard, gerrard, terry, ferdinand, rooney and owen immeadiately says this team is invincible. but i believe there are three core problems with the national team. whilst all these players are fantastic, they lack team chemistry in their performances. full credit to all of them, they are all class players, but they just cant play that well all together, its a shame because they should do better than what they have done at recently international tournaments. the second problem, now probably not such a problem but ill mention it, i always thought in recent times england have had goalkeeping issues. whilst david james now has finally established himself as the first choice, and despite robinsons good performance at the world cup, i really think it was a problem for some time, and showed immensly when mcclaren was in charge and carson and robinsons form dipped immensly. finally the third problem, and i stress that this doesnt come from the fans, but i think there is a lot of pressure on them to perform coming from people inside the footballing world, and i think in recent times its gotten to them. having a non english manager isnt a problem, look at us aussies, we had guus hiddink and apparently should have won the world cup if it wasnt for fabio grosso taking a dive in the box <_< <_< but either way, i think the future for england now looks bright, they are playing some decent football and i cant see why they wont do very well at the next world cup, if not win it, thats if they can get past australia

i think all of us were saying maybe lescott should sit on the bench for this one, i rekon moyes will probably start him after a good performance for england. hopefully we'll have enough mids available so jags doesnt have to play in the midfield. i think vaughan and yak will continue up front, vic might get a run later on in the game. really looking forward to seeing fellaini and castillo play, will be interesting to see how they go. could we possibly see a start or sub appearance for jacobsen?

if he leaves, we are in big trouble.
so i hold my hopes very high that he gets a new contract, sooner rather than later.
-
fantastic news that he's back to full training.. does anybody know specifically which game he'll most likely be back for? i think we're gonna need him in the merseyside derby coming up.....
-
easy one for me - osman's goal against larissa last year in the uefa cup, absolutely brilliant
-
everybody go check out goal.com recent articles on man city, they are now fkn talking about bidding very very big bucks in january for buffon, ronaldo and kaka. arghhhhhhhhh that'll fkn irritates me if they actually go there....
-
yeahhh hes gone.....
i just hope to god they dont try get moyes to go to newcastle <_<
-
what happens to VDM now? he sits on the sidelines and gets his paycheque
-
Number 25? I wonder why he didn't take number 16 (I copied and pasted from wikipedia.. I know.. I know..). Liverpool Reserves have a squad size of 28... its rather depressing. Our u18s and first team seem to overlap to make the reserves squad.
yeah true.. i would have thought he would take the #11 jersey
-
fellaiani is #25
-
squad numbers:
nash #1
fellaiani #25
:S :S :S :S
i still rekon tim howard should take the #1 jersey. and maybe fellaiani should have taken #11, would have been the first time in a while we've had all first 11 squad numbers present....
-
no, i totally got that, i assumed it was the club's motto, my question is a bit broader. Why use Latin, when there's no relation to the language? just curious.
i quite honestly dont know. i just think its got something to do with it always being used as a language for mottos for many years, just a tradition i guess.
-
great they just got robinho as well. they really are the new chelsea <_<
-
very happy we signed him, would have liked moutinho but i believe this guy can do the job
1 question though, because hes already played for standard in the champions league, is he still cup tied to them and cant play uefa cup for us???
-
arteta at the barcodes? dear god dont even go there.....
well the official website seems to be down atm, maybe hes in and theyre getting a report together??
-
good to finally have him on board. hopefully he can do more for us in the #9 jersey than BT did lol
-
because the obinna deal fell through, does that mean we are -1 now in terms of signings?
-

i hope hes not... imo best mid we've got so far this season.
-
Altough if we ground share forgien people will know the stadium would belong to the most sussessful club (which would be liverpool admitedly) so in theory it would be known as liverpools stadium and it would make us look stupid I mean come on we couldn't fill a 70k seater stadium if our lives depended on it.
true true. ignorant world...... <_<
