13 million becomes 1.3 million for AJ now. well maybe not that extreme but yeah theres every chance we wont get the price we want for him now....

It appears M'bia is indeed in Beijing with Cameroon. He was also part of the Cameroon side who won gold at Sydney 2000.
you sure? that cant be possible.. it says he was born in 1986, in 2000 he would have been 14 and playing in the olympics, no doubt he is quality but seems a bit too much for a 14 year old
-
michael bradley..... apparently he can play both attacking and defensive mid, might be a possibility on the cards if we couldnt get mbia
-
a bit of a letdown
we should be able to find another good back up though.
my main thought though was why didnt we keep wessels?
-
i find that very hard to believe. hes only been here 1 season and we've yet to see a lot of him. if he can stay uninjured this season will play an important role
-
this is now very worrying, especially seeing as this is coming from moyes. we need to be going forward with signings, hopefully we can get somebody to come to everton asap
-
What did he do?
last saturday he walked out on his club, without warning or apparently without telling his team mates or the club, flying immeadiately to london with the desire to travel to france to play rugby union for a lot more money than he was earning in australia playing rugby league. he had to go to london as he is currently waiting on a french visa. his club no doubt are very angry about this and are now trying to declare legal action against him, with penalties apart from compensation being possible arrest and/or seizure of possessions
-
yeah they dont mean anything these days. in relation to the bulldogs situation with sonny bill williams, i think they will lodge legal action, and probably win some compensation, but at the end of the day it wont make him return to play for them again...

What exactly was Vaughn sent off for? Wasn't it something to do with the fans?
reports say it was a dangerous tackle, straight red card
-
2-0..... its a worry.
i suppose last year we did lose 2-0 to real salt lake, and managed to come good during the season.
nonetheless we need some new signings asap
-
thats really disappointing for him. hopefully he can overcome his injury and get his career back on track, if he can do that he could really make an impact this season
-
I still really hope he doesnt leave. I think he can find his form that he had when he first came to the club in 2006, provided he does not get injured often. Also everytime i watch the 3-0 defeat of liverpool, and after watching it i cant help but think, we should never sell andy johnson.....

VDM .... faces a spell on the sidelines with Hamstring problem, its a shame just when he looked as tho he was getting somewhere near fitness, unfortunately his body can not reach the level required for a sustained run in competetive matches.
ARTETA .... due back next week after a kick on the shin, no problem.
bad news about shandy... happy to hear though arteta is ok after the game
-
Now he is injured... season on the sidelines anyone hahah
yeah, only lasted 13 minutes today against nottingham forest.. might not be the season he hoped for if this injury is bad.
although whilst they have said its only small, my main concern was arteta limping off after 30
-
great news to hear we've got neville on board for 4 more years, lets get some new signings done as well and we'll be ready for the new season
-
i think gilberto would be a good buy. sure there are factors about his age, but remember carsley was older and we would have been more than happy for him to stay. ideally yes somebody younger would be good, but with saying that gilberto has got the experience of playing in europe that we will need in the upcoming season.

its definately a difficult situation with goalkeepers at everton.
i have a feeling somewhere down the track moyes will let either ruddy or and turner go, with no replacement, instead having howard, another decent back up keeper, and whoever out of the two is left, as one of them will eventually get signed by a championship or league 1 or 2 club. personally i still think we need another keeper, just somebody to be there incase howard got injured. but with saying that i think it could be almost time for either turner or ruddy to step up, i guess it will just be a matter of if they get their chance to impress and if they can fulfil their potential
