  1. we should ask for JO-Micah,20mil, 1mil for every goal he scores, 1mil for every point they get this season, 50mil if they win the league EVER. Free petrol to all at everton and there fans. An 50% of all money made from there oil business :)

    O an robinho an ireland.

Just then they might have a deal

  2. i didnt say he would be back soon. but once hes back, we will 3-4 top quality CB's. & 1 maybe 2 good midfielders and the same up front. if we dont have money to buy without selling then lescott will have to go to fund improving our midfield.

Though it would make more sense to wait till january, ill admit that :)

We have 3 CB in total, Selling Lescott leaves us with 2 an one is injured, plz tell me who these 4 are

  3. Lescotts got 4 years left on his contract, so i can't see why Everton will sell him or want to.

From the looks of it we seem to have quite a bit of cash to spend.

Lescott should consider that we took him from a bum with bum knees that NO-ONE wanted to take a chance on and turned him in to a England international so yes 80k a weeks better then 40k but i bet you he can't spend 40k a week, let along 80k.

If we sell him i will be really disapointed. If he goes i will feel really disapointed in the guy, after all, if he goes he going for 1 thing

    MONEY

  4. i think he a decent player an seems to have the nack of being ni the right place at the right time, just can't always finish, but that will come with age and experiance. this season will show if he is a good player or not.

    Not to mention

    Gosling,still Gosling, still Go GOALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

    LLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

Sharpy going mad on radio city against Liverpool.

    His feet looked quick there

  5. I guess its how you define progress.... If its where you finish in the league well.... I can't really see us going much further without major investment..

Can we improve our squad, playing style, points tally & day to day running of the club... yes I think there is a vast amount of improvement possible...

Is that enough though.... I think we can improve each area vastly but is it enough? At the end of the day fans players & staff want that 4th spot and in their eyes thats the next step....

Sadly I think were at a point were the BIG 4 's financial clout is self sustaining..... to a point..... Even if TV rights were to vanish I'm sure at least three of them could milk their own TV rights....

The clubs themselves have so much bargaining power and financial clout, independent of TV money that without it they would still dominate the league...

Their squads are worth 100's of millions of pounds... % wise much much higher than the rest of us...

They have huge fan base's all over the world bringing in millions of pounds in merchandising every year....

If we all see "The BIG 4" as the next step we may as well pack and go home...... Its never going to happen long term

Personally i slightly disagree, as if we were to finish 4th above Arsenal per say, i think Arsenal would be in trouble, as they relay on Champ league money, an i think you find that there gate recipts would drop.

  6. Sure i'm not the only person who thinks its stupid to sell Lescott.

He played every game except 1(he was an unused sub) for us since we signed him.

He scored 15 goals in 2 seasons.

He a better player an looks more comftable on the ball then Yobo, an seems to fit with Jags really well.

Who we going to replace him? thats as good if not better then him?

I personally think we got 3rd best defences in the league in 3/4 defences postions. When our defensive team is Jags,Lescott and Bains. If we can get a class right back we could be very close to having the 2 best defenceive back 4 in the league. Worse with Jo(one mistake every game)Yobo

Selling Lescott is a backwards step in my opinion and i will be very very dissapointed if we sell him an feel let down by Everton

  7. we have gone from being a relagtion club to a european club in the space of 7 years, so in that sence yes.

If you look at this season to last, then yes and no.

    Europe, we went backwards.

League, i think we moved forward, even tho we finished 5th again, we handled our selves better against the top 4 an started to win game by more then the odd goal.

In the Cups, defo yes, went from semi-final in CC to a Cup final in the FA-Cup.

In terms of revanue we also moved forward, with kitbag an le-caq.

Only other team that went forward was Villa

Altho Newcastle did go forward, to where they belong.

  8. this could also be a load of bull, there might be no investor, could just be a made up story, if you think about it, the attually statement is very vague indeed, an there doesn't seem to be that much press about it, or so far any follow up from anyone.

I do hope its true an it is us.

  9. How can you say yak doesn't score after November in his only fit season with us he scored 21 goals throughout the year so from that statement i have to assume you are stupid. People who say saha is a good option for everton obviously haven't seen him play he is so in and out it is stupid. Out more than In. his form was patchy and in some games he was non exsistent.

i think u find that if you look at Yak scoring record over every year in the prem, that he scored shedloads up till nov then can't hit a barn door.

  10. Saha is a very very good player. if you can keep him fit an healthy, i'd have him over Yak in the team, at least you got someone who works for the team an can score AFTER NOVEMBER(which the Yak can't).

Also the reason Jo was ahead of Saha in the league was because Jo was cup tied an Saha was recovering still, so its better to use Jo in the league and leave Saha for the cup.

A fit Saha all season would easly get over 20 goals.

Keeping him fit is a problem.

as for saying you'd had Vau an Ani in the team, both of them are injury prone and don't have the same scoring record. Vau wasn't used much at the end of the season as he just recovered(AGAIN)from a serious injury.
