Everton boss David Moyes is keeping tabs on Benfica starlet Javi Garcia with a view to making a January swoop. The 22-year-old caught the eye of Moyes as Benfica hammered Everton 5-0 in the Europa League and he will get another chance to shine when the two sides again go head-to-head on Thursday.
