We offered a player 50 grand a week a few years ago when he was only seventeen years old, but he threw a tantrum and did everything possible to engineer a move, so its nice to see that in the case of Micah Richards "Once a Blue always a Blue" still rings true. Good on yer lad.
Aye, its a shame there isnt many others who would do the same, good on the lad.

Disagree to an extent Josh.
I think we've got enough to score without The Yak, we are not a one man team and in the last two games although we havnt scored we have created chances (and even put some away <_<)
He has let the team down big time but it will be the players out on the pitch tommorw that will be held countable if we dont win.
BUT
We will win 2-0 so its all ok :D

It took you til you were 17 to find it out?
What I found out today is that to kill a swan is illegal. Why? Because all swans belong to the reigning monarch. A pointless thing to know, but there you go.
Did you only just find that out Mike?

Over the years ive always thought what a nice gesture it is when the goalkeeper comes down to the gwladys end (park end end as well i imagine...not posh enough for that end ) and the crowd clap.
I know they do it at Analfield, but is it common at every ground?
(The blonde hair lad at bolton is an ignorant tw*t when he comes out.. cant spell his name)

What is it with africans going missing? Is there any real reason for this?

What about the fans who travel to every game just another cost for the loyal fan.
That as well Liam, for me its just a greedy scheme set up, although financially it will help the club, all the other clubs with benefit as well, leaving us all in the same position as before. It could be the difference between a champions league spot and mediocrity as i mentioned in the earlier post.
Greedy plan that doesnt give a second thought to football fans.

Not a fan of this at all.
Lets say it was going to happen this season. With 38 games gone we are two points above are closet rivals for fourth, Blackburn. ()
This 'random draw' was made and we got Arsenal with Blackburn facing the pub team known as Derby.
Its just a way to line the pockets of the FA and the chairmens IMO.

'The thing about Rooney is he will do anythin for you, in any position'

Didnt book my season ticket seat early enough so I'm in the paddock
I would sit on the roof though for this one.
1-0 Everton with every fan in the ground shitting themselves from the moment we score til the final whistle.

I'm amazed you think that about Ossie. The only way he'd not be a regular first teamer for me would be if we went down the "buy fucking everyone regardless of price" Liverpool, Newcastle and Chelsea road. Even if we had the money to go that road I wouldn't want to take it.
That's not to say he's an automatic selection on every teamsheet (Howard, Yobo, Lescott and Arteta are the only current players on that list imo) but massively important squad member for sure. Hibbo also to a lesser extent and the example that it sets the youth teams to have these guys up there is priceless (with Vic and JV as younger examples).
Spot on for me Mike.
Osman has been brilliant this season. I've had my doubts of him in the past but hes really proved himself to be a good little player. Maybe Moyes will bring better quality but even if hes dropped to the bench hes got enough quality to push new players for a place in midfield.
Hibbert is a great defensive right back, for some reason he cant do it going foward, i dont see why a premiership footballer cant cross a ball but no one could knock his defensive attributes. For me hes worth keeping around, hes not bad cover and will always give 110%.

I love the retro shirts (before you say Jacko I am not a Man Utd. fan).
I would love to see all teams wearing them week in week out, sadly i dont think the sponsors would be too impressed.
I love the 1966 when the best team in the world won that prestigous cup, that royal blue with the class EFC on it is really nice.
