I love the fact we have exciting, attacking players like Kev, Ross & Aiden in the squad. Whoever said "enjoy them" was spot on. When I think back its Kanchelskis & Limpar who make me smile not Steve Watson & Zinedine Kilbane.
-
It won't do us any harm Stonesy getting international experience at right back in case we need him to cover Seamus. Rather that than Hibbo! He's definitly not a rightback though.
-
Leeds are a bit of a mess but this could be good for the lad. Good level if he gets enough time on the pitch for them.Leeds United are supposed to be interested in taking him on loan:
-
Yea I'm sure we do Steve. We got compo from the Irish FA after Gibbo was crocked playing for them if I remember right. Can't remember whether this was aswered before, but do we receive compensation for players who get injured playing for England?
-
Fuck off! Really? Not sure if people are just jumping to conclusions but rumours that he will be out for 6 weeks with a hamstring injury.
If this turns out to be true I am going to flip my lid!

Jonas is a good shout Ten, could cover Barkleys #10 role capably if he's over his injury problems. Would be tempted by Nilmar as well on low wages, loved him at Villareal a few years ago.I don't particularly rate him as high as his CV suggest but Valdes is still available. Be great back-up to Howard. Would kick him up the arse and could give him a break in Europe.
Jonas (Striker/AM) is still available, pulled out of his contract with Valenicia due to non-national quota (?). ANother good striker for Europe.

So calm & confident the lad, even playing out of position.

I've been frustrated by the lack of bodies coming in all summer but now its done I'm pretty happy. We've not lost top players like every other window I can remember, instead tying most of them down on long term deals. That in itself is a step forward. We've spent £28 million on one of the worlds most promising strikers (who would have believed that statement a couple of months ago? Not me!) We've also brought in one of the alltime greats in Eto'o as his backup & mentor. We've got genuine strength in depth for the first time I can remember & overall a young & exciting squad. Looking forward to seeing how the next few months pan out. COYB's!!!

If there's any truth in this its fucking pathetic & pointless! Wtf?

No ta, next....

Good signing that!Hull sign Abel Hernandez.

I'd be happy with a years loan & a free at the end of it. Think he'd do well here.
-
Barry now, McCarthy to watch, learn & step up in a couple of years.

West Brom 1 - 4 Everton - Lukaku

Nail on the head Ten I reckon.Got MOTM. I can't see it personally, think its media pulling defensive names out after our floodgates yesterday.
-
-
Thought he was much better this week than last to be fair to him.
-
His finish yesterday was top class, clynical. Never thought we'd rely on him like we do at the moment. Love him!
-
Agree that he was immense today, getting better with every game. Didn't know he had that header in his locker.
-
He's a boy ffs, He'll learn from it & improve.

.........John Stones.A quality CB before the window closes is very important. Either to come in and play or to give Jags the kick up the ass he deserves.
-
Good deal for all parties that. Best of luck to Shane, sure he'll get a warm reception if/when he returns.

Nutty as squirrel shit you are Rubes!
