Hotel's only three miles from the Bernabeu so I may well take in a tour but any other suggestions on filling the day would be welcome. On my own btw so it doesn't need to be child or wife friendly . Zed Posted February 27, 2009 Report Share Posted February 27, 2009 I've been to Madrid and would definately say it is a nighlife city. Compared to barcelona I found the touristy bit in the day not great, However, I would suggest getting the tour bus and you can go to and see the royal palace .
