You only need to offer 3 or more players a new contact (which we have) and your wage bill can go up by £5m per season. Bill as we know doesnt have the money, he's always said that and with today's climate not being the best it will be harder to attract people to put money into the club. Other costs we'll have will be for plans for a new stadium just getting people to look into a site will cost a few quid. Until a big investor turns up who Bill thinks will run the club correctly this is the kind of news we are going to have to get use to. You cant spend money if you dont have it.
