Dalziel Kane Posted June 10, 2013 Report Share Posted June 10, 2013 I never purchase anything off E-bay but that's a decent price to pay for a souvenir from a special occasion, only slightly higher than it's original sale price in 1984. It was of course the first time an Everton team beat a Liverpool team at the national stadium, and well, we did it, before they could. It would be great to go back to that day and get ready for all the glory that came after it in those few short years, we really did have the best side in the country at that time. Who cares if it was a Liverpool player that even scored the goal that won us the trophy, we still got the win and it was a special day.
