It's simply a factual summary of transfer activity of two teams who brought in a new manager on July 1. Everton in: 4 total (including 1 on loan, fees of 8m) Everton out: 6 total (including 1 retired) ManU in:1 total (fees of 2.4m) ManU out: 9 total (including 1 retired) It's been this way for almost 6 weeks now, and only two weeks remain in the current transfer window.
