  1. You are tested differently as a goalkeeper in Scotland - your concentration is tested. Can you be out of the action for large chunks of the game and still perform when called upon? His credentials are all there, including playing in the last 16 of the CL twice where he saved a penalty and keept a clean sheet against Man Utd. also keeping clean sheets against the likes of AC Milan. Good goalie, wouldnt let us down
  2. Bring the Holy Goalie to Goodison! Great keeper as long as his head is in it. The best one-on-one goalkeeper I have ever seen, great shot stopper and good at saving and scoring penalties (scored one in a cup match for Celtic with the outside of his foot, into the top corner). He is fecking nuts though
  3. Very happy with this transfer window. I think we are much stronger now that we were at the end of last season
  4. This boy used to be my paperboy! Looks to be a decent prospect. 17, plays off the striker and as fast as shit off a shovel. Hard to really judge him though when he's playing against Scottish 3rd Division teams.
  5. He definitely wouldnt be cover for Jelavic. In fact, for Dundee United he plays as one of the wide strikers in a 4:5:1/4:3:3 Really hope we don't sign Doyle. Would much rather someone like Jordan Rhodes.
  6. Cheers lads, good to be here. Dalziel - The SPL keeps us sharp for the European matches Plus it's fun watching Sevco draw with the likes of Peterhead and Berwick Rangers
  7. Thanks! He's fast, but not freakishly fast. His pace doesnt really make him stand out as far as I have seen. Very comfortable on the ball and likes to try things. I'd say he is quite similar to what James McFadden was like at that age. Hopefully he will realise his potential. We'd do well to also look at his team mate, Gary Mackay Steven. He is very skillful, has rapid pace and has great potential. Only blemishes - injured for 6 weeks and played for Liverpool as a youngun
  8. Pleased to meet ya. Scottish Celtic and Everton (and Greuther Fürth) supporter who lives in Bavaria. Glad to be here.
  9. Johnny Russell is a great young player. Had initially hoped that Celtic would sign him, but was happy to hear that Everton were after him. More of a supporting striker than anything else - kinda similar to Naismith, but with more potential.
