The official PSG verified twitter follows him so it seems to be his legitimate account and yeah maybe the blue heart is perhaps a clue. But you could be reading too much into it

George green the 17 year old has signed his first professional contract with us believed to be a 2 and a half year contract which will keep him here to the summer of 2015. Confirmed on the official everton website.
