Daily Express today says DM has made a firm enquiry to Cardiff about Cameron Jerome. £3 million and he has scored 20 this season. Manc City and Charlton are also interested.

Just been on the Addicks website to see if there are tickets available but only singles or restricted view, so knocking it on the head. The match preview does suggest that Curbishley might rest some players in view of their cup replay next week. If so let's hope we can take advantage of it. COYB

Let's face it Marcus Bent will be up for it so I'd play Joey instead of Weir. It's got to be worth throwing Turner in goal for this one. Problem is if there's little realistic chance of UEFA how motivated are the team going to be in any case? Hate to say it but not confident at all.

I'd risk Turner in goal. Dfinitely agree with Raccy's earlier comment that we should give youngsters a chance to prove themselves in the blue shirt. Otherwise they leave and become a success elsewhere. Let's face it Hibbo and Ossie had to break into the team once!

Gutted. Definitely missed Arteta. Tim subdued after his yellow, but great goal. Dowd simply didn't understand a Merseyside derby card happy c--t. Teflon has to be replaced next match, defenders don't have confidence in him. Bring on Sunderland to restore confidence, oops, it's on AprilFool's Day!!

I was p----d off with Rob Hawthorne on Prem+, kept banging on how AV had to field so many youngsters. I reckoned that McCann, Samuel, Sorensen, Mellberg, Hendrie and Bouma have a fair amount of experience. But it's what we expect - putting the Blues down, no accounting for the injuries we have had.
